Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CODEX911 Anis (@CODEX911) reported

@KerrazyCanuck @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Starlink will hurt them by charging higher premiums for shittier service?

  • iamjgreens Jonathan Andrew🇨🇦☘️⚜️ (@iamjgreens) reported

@Bell & @CraveCanada your sign in system is just as garbage as your customer service. Terrible company meet terrible company. Embarrassed that @rogers and other cable providers can’t make it in the market. #Hamilton

  • MrMulder5 Mr. Mulder (@MrMulder5) reported

@Bell_Support @mikeinalliston What can you do to help? How about honor your commitments. Guarantee prices? Stop shoveling BS to customers as that seems to be part of the business model and tell the big wigs to give the tax payers their money back. All 1.2 million dollars of it.

  • WolpertingerRun Kaine deFlickr (@WolpertingerRun) reported

Hey @Bell_Support I called to verify once again, my father has died, that yes his service should be cancelled, that yes supposedly an itemized bill is showing up and instead I got a final notice saying pay up on the date it arrived, AFTER A CALL CENTRE rep said the bill should

  • MrMulder5 Mr. Mulder (@MrMulder5) reported

@wetcoastguy @Bell Then will again turn around & plead a case to the CRTC to hike bills, they are unfairly treated, bla, bla. I worked for 611 Bell repair for a brief time & had to shower after every shift b/c how slimy I felt. Left after 5 months of non-shop **** show & lack of customer respect.

  • PsychicAmanda82 🧙🏼‍♀️🔮😷Amanda😷🔮🧙🏼‍♀️ (@PsychicAmanda82) reported

@Bell Left you almost 2 years ago, not friendly to deal with at all. Plus you charged $100 more a month for the same service as I’m getting from @Eastlink. Way better pricing and much better staff to deal with and it’s local!

  • bensmithca 'The' Ben Smith (@bensmithca) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support @BellMediaPR If talking to an agent through Telephone, web chat or Twitter doesn’t work, what’s the next best way to contact support? I am tired of explaining my story to every agent, 5 today.. with one promising to tell the next agent my story, and didn’t.

  • Sshepguy Shepguy (@Sshepguy) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @Bell and Rogers are horrible companies. I’m saddened that when I moved, I had no other choice... would have loved to use TekSavvy but they had no service in the new neighbourhood. If anyone else came knocking, I would jump in a heartbeat!

  • mroechner mark roechner (@mroechner) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Wow seems Teksavvy is a 1 trick pony social media whiner about big bad telecom. Try some innovation and enhancements to your service and quit relying on wholesale riding on others. Bid on some wireless spectrum and launch a WiMAX solution or partner up with starlink

  • actionj46179582 Ho-Lee *** (@actionj46179582) reported

@BaldurBarons @explornet @Bell Sucks to be the freeloaders that are on my monthly plan. Ha Ha Ha
