@Bell_Support No worries, I’d rather cancel than keep dealing with your company. I won’t be back!

@bell I am surprised to find out that you have so many issues with your Mobility service that you cannot address an issue for 7 to 10 business days. Thought you might be better at this

  • Ashanti682 Ashanti68 (@Ashanti682) reported

@Bell this is totally unacceptable. Totally! Imagine being told your 2mps is terrible that you have been paying $88 for but for $11 more we can give you 10mps! We can't credit you anything even though we have been giving you nothing! #bellcanada

@Bell_Support They showed up only to tell us our lines were defective and we need repairs. No one can provide timeline. Then on 08/10 we called to ask for a temporary outage device. Transferred from Sales to Loyalty to IT who wanted us to go back to Sales.

@Bell_Support - contact me ASAP. I was just told by your so-called technical support that I'm without service for FIVE days. UNACCEPTABLE.

  • asmith7084 Annie Smith 🇨🇦 (@asmith7084) reported

@Bell_Support Five to seven days for resolution is a disgrace. I'm working through a global pandemic with TV being my prime source of company. It's a complete joke that you're telling me there's nothing more that can be done. #amazonfirestick

@Bell_Support I’m having internet issues for postal code L4N, is this a new or ongoing issue? Any known time for resolution?

  • CrtvPrdx 🇨🇦ynoT (@CrtvPrdx) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks, but unless you have the direct authority and discretion to grant cross-product service exemptions, I’ll be taking the issue to the executive office of customer relations.
