@DPocroianu @Bell ⭐🐺 A few reasons I haven't as of yet, never unprepared if I need to Laywer up. Right now, I am not sure how much energy I have left in the tank and so I have to calculate and mitigate what energy I do have, especially because I have been beaten down badly, I am told.

@Eastlink wtf is going on?! I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes to speak with someone. In that time I’ve dealt with @Bell on three different issues. Kinda sad. I’m also paying more than Bell charges. I guess it’s for the added benefit of terrible customer service? Thanks, as always!

Finally, I called @Bell to cancel service on 1st May and requested @Rogers for a new connection. They were kind enough to understand that we need to work & they sent us modem in a day & on Monday before noon we got wifi working. Hassle free process and great service by @Rogers.

@BlueStarWolfe @Bell You should always consult a lawyer as corporations only speak money & that's how you also make changes & hopefully set a precedent to help others in future. One major reason I fought hard to bring Bell to trial is for future workers & all the people they broke before me

@Bell_Support So do I get something back for losing internet for almost 2 days? My wife and I lost 2 days of work, not to mention the aggravation of being locked on the phone with Bell Support for hours. Although not all was bad, kids were happy not to attend online school.
