@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

@Bell @Bell_Support Well to start, the customer service reps clearly need better training, they all give you a different answer. Nobody knows what they’re talking about!

@OfficialMikeJYT @Bell_Support Hey! They wasted hours of time on my Birthday too! Spend hours on the phone getting things “fixed”, but when we called back today (again, on the phone for hours) we found out none of those changes were done!!!! What a horrible company. So unreliable.

@Bell_Support The bell wires run @ the back of the backyards at M9C 4M4, behind 1 home, the wires are being pulled/weighed down by invasive vines & with the storm the past 2 days, I'm afraid these lines will come down one day & we will all be out of Bell services.

@Bell_Support If you had checked your records prior to this insolent response, you would have seen that I replaced my modem last week as well a service rep was here twice. The problem is NOT at my end, as I've told you repeatedly. Yet, like this response demonstrates, your not listening.
