@Bell_Support: I never write publicly about these sorts of things, but here we go. I have had my home internet out of service for three days. I work from home. I have had 9 calls (for a total of ~4 hrs) with diff. agents from your team to send out a technician to repair. 1/X

@Bell_Support Here in Beaconsfield, the internet is bouncy up and down. Speedtest has trouble finding a server then it doesn’t. Speeds are good then they are not. Hard to take courses with this problem

@Bell_Support It would be really helpful if your customer service agents wouldn't just make up estimated clearance times for the Fibe outage in M6K. I know time is an ephemeral human construct, but I'm looking for real-world solutions when I'm trying to do my job from home.

@Bell_Support The Home Hub internet service is the worst. Every other week i have this issue of connection going down. We are working from home and we need the connection strong. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Location- Hurontario/Bristol Rd E : Region- Mississauga
