    @Bell_Support Managed to get through to tech three times only to be dumped after being on hold for 30 plus minutes each time.. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and the message said that to call back during office hours.. 24/7 tech support??

    @Bell_Support This is utter nonsense- nothings been fixed and your phone lines are equally experiencing issues! Can we at least get an honest estimation as to when this will be resolved

    @RomeoMarra @Bell_Support The hard drive in my PVR was on the way out. So I replaced the hard drive not looking at support Twitter account because I went off the site. Wish I had known. Now I got to wait till the service comes up for the PVR to set it’s self up again.
