    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    @Bell_Support Got internet and the Alt TV installed yesterday, accept I don't have access to the Fibe TV app because it was made under a different one bill and calling support they have told me "you'll get the info in 7 days" how is that acceptable?

    @Bell_Support Not fully restore. AppleTV still down. Luckily I have a FireCube TV, and it is working.

    @Bell_Support You guys are absolutely awful. I've been sent 5 different modems, none work, internet down all day and fibe down now. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and don't use @Bell
