    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    Still no @bell_support internet or tv. 7 days without and there only solution is to keep doing the same thing that doesn’t work. They offer me free data to compensate that I can’t use because I have the wrong phone plan. If this doesn’t get sorted out I am cancelling.

    I asked @Bell_Support why it's been nearly 10 days for a callback on my terrible internet issue, they responded saying that they can't be held responsible for what @Bell says or does. #Nice #communocationFailure #worstInternetProvider

    @northwestel @bell why does cell service/data completely disappear when there’s a power outage in Yellowknife? It never used to be like this.

    Because of the poor streaming quality, I WILL NOT be renewing my #TSNDirect subscription. @TSN_Sports @Bell_Support you are going to have to do better! @CFL_PR you need a broadcast partner who can offer top notch streaming quality.

    @Bell_Support is absolutely useless. Called in asking why preauthorized debit wasn’t working and was told that I have to settle the outstanding balance (cause by preauthorized debit not working) before the rep could help. Gee thanks.

    @Bell_Support promised me a call back within 48 hours. It is now hour 64. It is also hour 259 since my initial request. I have had unstable and mostly unusable service since May 24, 2022. @Bell #fail

    @Bell Do you guys wanna bring fiber service to my area? I'd love to pay you guys if you could have it here. I used to love my Bell internet service but where I live it doesn't exist... :( @Bell
