    @Bell calls me and cancels the installation appointment just 15 hrs before the scheduled time! Apparently they can't add a new customer! Did you just find out? where was this when you were spamming me? This is awful 😐 have you heard that ppl work from home!?

    For ABSOLUTE Shame @Bell.... A customer has made a payment and ALSO given a date for their next installment But INSTEAD of switching them BACK ON...what do you do??? You try to chase after MORE of your total and ATTEMPT to leave your customers hanging for 20 BLOODY DAYS!! SHAME!!

    @Bell Horrible Customer Service! I changed my service provider to Bell thinking they will provide good service n am Waiting from last four hours for a technician to come setup the wifi and nobody showed up!! This is how they promised to provide the wifi services by not showing up

    @Bell_Support I have been trying to find this information all day. Bell's website of course is impenetrable and Bell's Facebook and Twitter feeds don't mention it (last post on both from November 23). Telus has a service status page that is easily accessible. Way to be transparent, Bell.
