    @Prairielily22 Anyone that continues to support bell/ctv with subscriptions need to have their heads checked. You don't need to be a data analyst to know this isn't bot generated and any "real" journalist have done their due diligence Maybe all the bots need to cancel their accounts with @Bell

    @Bell_Support I have rebooked an appointment through online chat support on your website with an agent, but extremely concerned that my time would be wasted a second time this Wednesday if the appointment does not happen.

    Time wasted with @Bell as I was given false information that a technician would come in today to install the new modem, but the appointment was never booked. Extremely frustrated and hoping other customers don't experience what I went through today. 😑
