Conman O (@conman_o) reported@Bell_Support Between 20 and 22 McGlashan Court in Toronto, there is a ground level Bell Fibe Cable Box that is damaged. When installed, the cable was bulging out, resulting in damage to the cover. The cover is loose, resulting in debris getting into it. Please have it fixed.

I called several times, was told someone would call back but nothing still. potential fraud impacting other bell customers too and possibly inside job

When I told them to merge my accounts because I’m already a mobility customer and it never happened. That’s a billing issue on your end. Fix your problem. Get your money.
