@Bell_Support Unable to contact you via phone or virtual repair tool or online chat. Fibe service is broken but internet still works. I've reset receiver but all i see is blue Bell Fibe screen

@Bell_Support is there a service interruption in Ottawa/Nepean by any chance? Fibe TV definitely not functioning here, reboot landed me on a blue screen that’s not budging.

@Bell_Support …having problems with your service. Pixelated screens, rebooted the system and now I have no tv service. The signal is full, but still nothing. Tried calling and was booted from your phone system due to high call volume. What’s going on?
