    @Bell You texted me saying you are adding 10 gig of data to my account, now I have to figure out how to cancel this. Did not ask for it! Canceling all Bell services today. Not a good move by Bell.

    @Bell internet running slow in Milton Area... I am paying for Fib100 and speed right now is 65 down and 7 up...

    “The company says it has a "straightforward and reliable" complaint process that "works very well even considering the extraordinary volume of our activity." BAHAHAHAHA WHAT A JOKE @Bell. Your complaint process is junk- you blame the customer and then hang up.

    Everything technical & internet-related is falling apart at my home. Bell WiFi app doesn't work. Bell Home Hub takes forever to do anything. Then wifi went out completely. @Bell tech person helped w/ one problem, then either hung up or we got cut off,& she didn't call back

    I was abused @Bell till I broke down. The bullies still work at Bell while my life stopped & been living in poverty while fighting abusers on Bells payroll to this day #MeToo. My mind keeps disassociating for 5 yrs now as Bells lawyers ask inhumane questions #SaidBefore

    @bell customer service has signinficantly drop over the past year. I am not one to speak out against a company publicaly but their level of loyatly has been horrendous. It is almost like they are trying to insult my intelligence. The charges for internet services are insane.

    @Bell Agent switches me off an account. Doesn't update email or name on the account. Was supposed to get a retention plan but I was Shoved into a high costing plan? k how about i just disconnect your service. lol Honestly trash. and I used to work for you guys which is sad.
