@Bell waiting since 2 days for my internet to be active. Was promised instant activation as I have WFH and had been wasting money on alternatives. Called CC no positive response. Just asked to wait. It's been 48+ hrs I have received modem but no service. Terrible experience.

@RogersHelps, I was convinced to upgrade my old ignite to new ignite(more $), because free pods would fix my wifi issues. Tech & Sales told me pods are free, Support says $5/mth! Only thing saving you is @Bell_Support can't figure out how to get fibre from street to my door. 🤦

@Bell_Support calling the number specifically emailed to me results in a robot message saying your customer service centre only has hours between 1-9pm EST. Except it's past 1pm EST
