    @Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?

    @Bell_Support Funny, I spoke with your customer service department yesterday and they insisted there was no outage and that your website was showing the incorrect information.

    @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻
