@Bell_Support Absolutely terrible customer service today and everyday since November. Cable cut, temp cable put in and never buried. Today tech wanted to upsell from home phone service instead. You're about to permanently loose a 45 year customer. But hey, ya don't care.

@Bell_Support mobility internet is at 4.61 Mbps up and .96 Mbps down in Hamilton. Is the service down? Hwy 403 and Aberdeen area. Everything is slow or won’t connect

@Bell_Support Lol, i cant call to even make the complaint that the service is horrible… i legit have to walk up a trail, and stand on a rock….I actually have to resort to my wifi for msgs and social media access as it wont send a txt either…

@Bell why are we not already receiving wifi through out the home , my laptop is 18 ft fom the router in the same room and keeps freezing as well as our cell phones ,your product is garbage !

Another challenging day for telecom on #peleeisland Landline down yesterday. 🚫 cell service means 🚫 internet or any way to call anyone in an 🚨. Huge companies with huge dividends like @Bell can do better for rural + isolated communities. Ask Elon how. #CRTC #connectivity
