Tech support has been very unhelpful- every day I call they do a modem reboot and tell me continue to monitor for 24 hours and call back. I call back each day re-explain my story and still nothing has changed

This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service
