Hey @bell , that’s some Pretty sad customer service when your customer retention line has you on hold for 40 mins and then drops the call with no call back. Definitely not a way to start things with customers coming over from @Rogers.

@Bell Instead of blatantly lying, why not focus on the positive parts of your service. Roger's caps upload speeds, Bell in many fibre packages has down/up equal, it's surprisingly great. You only further damage your image by tossing out 100x faster than Roger's claims

@Bell_Support @Bell There is a cell tower at Wilson St & Rousseau St in Ancaster, Ontario that has the Canadian flag flying upside down!! This is absolutely unacceptable Bell! I need to hear how this could happen & why. I am so very angry
