@Bell_Support Have spent over an hour and half on the phone today to try and find out how and why we were overcharged almost $1400 on a toll free number one month. Ticket has been open since April 26th with no resolution or answer of any kind.

@Bell_Support @Proud2WearAMask My parents have no service (except text). They had me contact Virgin Mobile since they can’t. Virgin said Bell had an outage but no estimated time for repair. Near Thorsby AB, Golden Days, AB.
