  • ToyTubeTvT SHELLBACKS CLUB 🐢🎅🎄 (@ToyTubeTvT) reported

    Total 🐴💩 that the #WooooooBecomingRicFlair documentary isn't available on the @WWENetwork outside of Peacock! #Unsubscribed @Bell #fail @WWE

  • Liefx Brody Moore (@Liefx) reported

@Tuckeryal @Rogers @Bell Naw the techs kept saying "this isn't our problem", created a ticket for higher tier support, and then Rogers kept marking it as "resolved" a week later without notifying me.

  • billpapoutsis1 Bill P. (@billpapoutsis1) reported

@Bell Fibe is now available in my area and I decided to make a complete switch over only to be reminded how badly my service experience has always been. However it’s not too late to cancel my contracts because of installation delays and mismanagement. Nothing has changed @Bell

  • metismanwpg Justin Richard (@metismanwpg) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Lol. Seeing exactly the type of comments I expect to see for a company that finds it seemingly impossible to provide any type of useful support. Checking in from time to time and never surprised what I find.

  • Boomer3604 Boomer (@Boomer3604) reported

@MacDonaldRK3 @Bell_Support It’s apparent with the number of times I’ve seen your complaint in the past couple of days that Bell Support is not going to answer you on twitter. There is another tactic that may work for you. Call Bell again but this time to cancel your service and see if you get satisfaction.

  • notsobigkahuna Alfred E. Newman Official (@notsobigkahuna) reported

@Bell_Support i needed some technical support today… had Lorenz on the phone, he was fantastic. Hopefully this gets back to him somehow. 👍

  • FermaCrypto Cipike (@FermaCrypto) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support it took me 30mins of being on the phone with customer service frontline to convince them to escalate to management … once I started tweeting, problem solved fast. #embarrassing #notcool #notpremium

  • CoinsKid90 CoinsKid90 (@CoinsKid90) reported

Hey @Bell NO INTERNET for 4 days is unacceptable!!! Worst service provider ever.

  • Boomer3604 Boomer (@Boomer3604) reported

@Bell would you please provide an update including estimated time of repair to the 200 plus customers who have had no internet or tv service since the 23rd due to the fibre cable problem on Champlain Rd in Tiny/Penetanguishene. Thank you

  • AndrewGOBrien Andrew O'Brien (@AndrewGOBrien) reported

@RogersHelps What is the ETR for Ridgeway, Fort Erie, Crystal Beach cellular towers? 5 days, including a state of emergency over the weekend. Rogers continues to be the only towers down. @TELUS and @Bell are both working. Do we need to switch service providers? Help your customers in an emrg!
