    @Bell_Support I’m sick and tired of spending hours on the phone trying to resolve my issues. This is a repeated issue and the issue is greater than just having the modem replaced

    @CainMudi @Bell Yes. I don't even need to justify why I am here. There are secret codes unique to each customer and once I can give them that information they should serve me just like any other Canadian.

    @Bell_Support Anybody else having a problem with their Bell home phone transferring incoming calls immediately to voicemail without even 1 ring? I've been having it for about 2-3 weeks despite multiple temporary fixes by Bell.

    Ok, listen to this story about @Bell internet service: If you have a wireless modem, you pretty much have to replace it every 4 yrs. Sometimes the issue that appears is definitely the modem, but often it isn't. By the end of this past summer I was getting low bandwidth issues...

    @Bell_Support I upgrade my phone, took 3 WEEKS to get to me pre xmas, I complained, someone was gonna call me, NEVER DID, I just recieved my bill with $50 "upgrade processing fee" !!!???

    @Bell_Support I HIGHLY doubt you guys will be of any help. The 3 supervisors I have spoken to were absolutely useless, so I doubt twitter support will be any better. Thanks though!

    @Bell_Support customer for 14 years when I try and ask about upgrading and if I could get a loyalty pkg phone rep offered me 90 package after telling her another company has double data for 45… ready to switch who’s a good carrier in Canada?

    @Bell_Support Bell has been out several times already. Service is as good as it can be In my area. Can’t upgrade without losing landline. Digital phone won’t suffice in my home.
