@willowzy @Bell_Support Yeah, give them a call. They have costs increasing as well, and more people are defaulting. They're fine but still have stakeholders to please. Call and explain, they might be able to help.

@Bell Dear Bell, just an FYI, why the key reasons your customers leave, its not your service but your CSRs who have no idea how to deal with customers and hang up. Just a little remainder we are taking our time out of day to call you when the problem comes from you.

@Bell I rec'd msg that bill is increasing $3.00 because you are improving network. Well, 1/2 the time I have trouble connecting. Perhaps you can make network reliable, increase speed, & provide 5G to Northern Ontario before increasing fees to already exorbitant costs.

.@Bell_Support I'm shocked that your supervisor that I'm currently speaking with just told me that she's ok with losing customer ... Nothing like loyalty from your support team!

So pleased @Bell is raising their rates. Funny how they never want to "talk" about why they don't honour loyal paying costumers. Can't wait to scroll past their @Bell_LetsTalk PR nonsense later this month. 🙄
