@Bell_Support thank u for the cell service I'd like a loyalty credit on my account I have 3 lines and a tablet plan $10 a month credit

  • agentpeterg Peter Goold (@agentpeterg) reported

They have called back.....on the 519 device....still very windy. I am now growing concerned that she is in a tornado. Thoughts and prayers. @Bell_Support it’s a problem when the call quality on your help desk is so poor that the rep must yell.....perhaps we should start there

  • Xierchez Xierchez (@Xierchez) reported

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support how about stop throttling my internet? I only have 10Mbps to start with (fastest available in my area) why throttle it down to 3Mbps all the time? it's barely usable as it dips below 1Mbps.

  • agentpeterg Peter Goold (@agentpeterg) reported

The resolution now offered is that the the cancel the contract due to buyers remorse. Instead of addressing the problem or having @Bell_Support deal with it in the morning....they are willing to lose a customer that has been them since ‘92. @BellMobility

@Bell has to be the absolute worst company to deal with. I've never experienced this level of terrible customer service in my entire life.

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

I was trained @Bell to challenge the status quo & I did as an agent I suggested given the magnitude of the mistakes by Bell there should be a department that fixes these errors. Then I realized that's not what they meant by status quo it was just a formality that bell look good

  • Dualmag007 Margaret (@Dualmag007) reported

@Bell We have it and on a good day get 145 download and 35 upload speed playing on the new Xbox. The wi-fi sucks and watching tv it freezes all the time. We pay over $300. I laugh every time I see the Bell ads!
