Souad 🌺 (@trueintegrity87) reported@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell I had one odd situation when the wifi was completely down in business class when I was on the travel from Toronto to Ottawa. I was using my data the entire trip which is fine.

Philip Pompili (@PhilipPompili) reported@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell I don’t even bother when I’m on board. I just tether from my phone. I found that when my phone doesn’t work, neither does the their service, so it doesn’t make sense to switch back and forth.

Cassie Slack (@CSlackDesign) reported@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell Via alllwwwaaays has the worst internet 😩😩😩😩

David (@RevisitingLife) reported@Bell Terrible website. Abysmal phone channel. Slow customer support. Same price as competitors. My family was going to get Bell TV, not anymore. I will call @TELUS tomorrow to switch over to them. Goodbye Bell. @Bell_Support

Real Game Media (@RealGameMedia) reported@Bell_Support @ryanhobbs6 Don’t blame the ISP if you have issues within your LAN. Packets get retransmitted so quickly over gigabit networks
-
Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported@Bell_Support No, I have unlimited data, reduced speed after the “allotment”. This is not reduced speed, this is terrible ping times, lost packets, sites hanging, apps broken, torture. A good tactic to get people to change their plan I suppose isn’t it?
-
Harpreet singh (@Hsgulati1312) reported@Bell_Support I did not expect this kind of treatment from the customer service team. Called for the waiver of an unnecessary roming charges which is $100 for 8MB that I was not even aware about it. I was straight away told that we wont remove these charges.
