@Bell @Bell_Support I have now been lied to by your support twice and I am an incredibly unhappy customer on a Saturday morning. I need to be contacted by your most escalated loyalty support. Please provide me with contact information. Thank you.

Connection issues at home. @Bell has come twice and we still have issues. To change out our old router, they say it is $200. Apparently it's free for new customers, but long term, high paying customers do not qualify. Well now.. looks like you're losing us. #DoBetter #service

@PamelaT89384834 @TekSavvyBuzz The training at Bell is designed to wear you out so you give up on your issue. @bell will leave you on the phone for an entire 8 hour shift and then hang up. Don’t get it twisted, this is taught and supported behaviour.

@jawnwastaken @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Oligopoly assume more than one dominant player. They are singling out Bell. If it's an oligopoly, Bell is not the problem, the group of big playerS are.
