    @Bell @VirginPlus how is it , that it takes 14 days for an installation for fibe and counting. I will tell you how : 1 customer service that never writes anything down even if you are being proactive as a customer. That means no relevant information transferred to the right ppl

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Roger’s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as it’s working, they refuse to send a technician. I’m done with them.

    @Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF

    Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?
