@Bell Why in the last 6 tech visits do they take the connection from one neighbour's service on the pedestal and move it to another making the next person have to go through the ringer...stop stealing from Peter to pay Paul!

@cg_canning @YoniFreedhoff @Bell When I request service, I make it clear when I call that I expect them to wear an N95 which I supply. That way there are no issues at my door. I meet them outside with my box of N95s in case they want to see what I am requesting they wear.

@TheAgentNDN @Bell_Support @cg_canning Probably not since they aren’t mandated elsewhere. However I suspect Bell has a policy that would allow a customer to request one be worn, especially if shared in advance.
