We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ๐คฌ

This is a known issue affecting some Sympatico email users, and our teams are actively working to resolve it. The estimated resolution time is 10 PM tonight."
