    @Bell_Support My 70 year old friend😢 just had her Bell Fibe services disconnected without warning forcing her 2 upgrade w/Bell Fibre Optic & then telling her she has 2 wait 2 days to get her services restored. Senior stuck at home with no TV & internet, poor customer service!😡

    @Bell_Support internet has been down for a week. Have WiFI pods in the red meaning no service. Reset modem multiple times… nothing. I refuse to go with Rogers DONT MAKE ME REFUSE BELL… im on the brink.

    @Bell_Support please fix your **** services 45m later and many resets just like your “support” page says and its still out. atleast give me free data this month for wasting my time and making my pc unusable for the night.

    @Bell stop harassing my parents with your creditors. Your $36 charge was paid by Rogers when they switched. It's your own fault for losing their service by only offering 25 MB download speeds for ages north of the GTA

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell Bell is so rude, when I applied internet with Bell, asked $100 deposit,why do I need deposit for this, please show me the policy,other companies never asked. Today customer service told me since my credit score is low,why he knows that, who told him my credit score was low.

    @Bell_Support my internet goes down approximately 4-6 times per day lately. I live quite literally in the middle of downtown Toronto… is there a reason for this or just the standard crappy bell service

    @Bell_Support Really frustrated with the way my account billing issue was handled recently. @Bell has always been able to address my concerns, but this time even after being told something could be done with my expiring credit, nothing was resolved.
