    @Bell_Support I have no land line, I have no Internet and cell phone connection is weak at best and keeps dropping. J9H area. When will service be restored and I expect bell will be crediting accounts for the down time.

    We have had much worse storms than yesterday’s and yet have never had a 24hr internet/TV outage @Rogers Can’t speak to live person - 3hr hold time Anna is useless - no outage per this feature No ETA for restoration of service @bell customers are you having better luck? #ONStorm

    @heatha_ @Rogers @Bell My point in the tweet was more about Rogers’s customer service, lack of information and sending you to Anna which is useless. Wondered if Bell gave better service. But sure focus on tv & internet. Kthxbai.

    Hi @Bell! Do you think there should be any repercussions for businesses who say "I promise you, this time we are not going to let you down. You have my word, the technician will show up and fix all your problems". And then the technician doesn't show up again? Just curious.

    @Bell another disappointing experience with bell customer service. No tv no internet and no compensation for the lack of service provided. But bell wants me to cycle through again and call back. I have nothing better to do but stay on hold for 3 hours

    @Bell_Support Another reminder, minimum 75 stations are having malfunctions across Ontario (as reported by a phone agent, and not @Bell publicly here or on website.) The towers themselves are not down, @Telus services are fine. Malfunctions are effecting all internet access.

    @Bell Come to South Pickering. We would love to be a Bell client with Fibe to Home connection. Otherwise stop teasing me with slow internet from node which Rogers beats you 100% of the time.
