    Hi @Bell_Support :) At our location it says that the highest speed package is 25 mbps. But after we got it, the second and third months it ran at 200 mbps. (That was awesome, btw) But then it went back down to 25. 🥲 Did we just have access to the whole community speed then?

    @Bell_Support Hi there, I am not using my phone number since march 2021 and i want to pay off the rest of the device balance and want to discontinue the services. Because I’m stuck in India and I’m paying $150 per month for no reason Kindly help me out. Thanks.

    @Bell_Support how come I can not view my home phone service in mybell portal? It was installed on the 15th, and still nothing. I need caller ID back on this line as the unknown caller is annoying.

    @Bell_Support is there any outage in Toronto M6R area? I have no internet, I cant do my job without it. All Tech support asked me to do was to make sure my cables were plugged in and told me to power cycle for 30 minutes. i cant wait xxx days for a replacement modem...

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell Why do you only authorize 4/10 stations associated with Global? I'd like to watch Showcase and [AS] on my mobile device. They are part of my channel pack but you block mobile app access? Getting to the point where I'm ditching your service for StackTV

    @Bell How can it take 9 months for someone from Bell to trim a tree in wires at my house. After numerous calls told this morning that they won’t trim it until it affects my services. Great customer service there. Glad we don’t get much wind 🤔

    @Bell_Support check your phone lines/system I keep getting dropped calls with your agents. Really frustrating when I'm trying to resolve my slow internet speeds. I have had to call 6 times as of 9:15AM

    Day 6 with @Bell Service suspended 2x. No bill available. Can’t get answers. Stay away from this company. Horrible with no support to help rectify
