On a personal note, I just learned that #Bell #email is down, and a long wait for customer support resulted in this message "don't reset your password if prompted" 🙄 and no time estimate on when the issue will resolve. @Bell_Support

I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!

@Bell Patchy data coverage across the lower mainland, yet brag about how great theirs is compared to competitors and how emergency services " only use Bell " , will be changing my service provider at the end of my contract.

@Bell when is Cell service going to return to the Eastern Shore in Nova Scotia? There is a tower right behind my house in Beech Hill and I have 0 connection. There is power but no service. Also the satellite internet is down!
