@Bell_Support getting passed around in the support center and being left on hold. Passed along again. Horrible! The disconnect btw Bell and Bell Smart Home/Alarm Force is ridiculous! No easy billing or transparency by Bell Smart Home/ Alarm Force.

17 business days without an update, coworker's devices ordered at a later date already shipped or delivered, 3 dropped calls from support line, and no help from @Bell_Support on twitter. Regretting this decision to switch carriers.
