Gaurav Shindé (@sailorshinde) reported@Bell_Support my Internet has been going off every morning for the past 5 weeks. Everytime a chat agent says it’s fixed next morning it goes off like clockwork. No one can find a solution? How much will it cost me? My security cameras are down, business is down!

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@its_gooseyy @Bell @Bell_Support They’ve been lying to me all week - no phone service. They keep saying it will be fixed - now it’s today by 10pm. A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Can’t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.

Nikki Angulo (@NikkiA12) reported@Bell_Support I’m you’re going to force me to receive a code on my phone (after I already entered the one you sent to my email) MAYBE you should actually provide cell service in my community, because my work wifi won’t let me receive texts on my phone! I already entered 1 code!!

Demeter (@Lexikonin) reportedCalled @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?
