@nyogen_ @Bell Customer service no longer exists. I asked 4 different agents if I could keep my e-mail address. Oh yes, they said. Not so! I lost all my e-mails.

I just got yet another phone call from the collections department at @bell threatening to disconnect my service. I told them (for the 3rd time) that they haven't received payment yet because the account belonged to my mom who died in April. I took over the account a week ago.

@Bell I’ve sent a direct message and spoken multiple times with a customer service representative and their manager, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved satisfactorily. It would be great if you can help me.

@Rogers needs to start hiring Canadians at their Support centre. Going from one immigrant to another to another. Not understanding what they’re talking about .They don’t know what they’re talking about is very frustrating. Had an I’ve had enough and will switch to @Bell !

I love my Bell 1.5 Gbps plan, but moving to a new place where Bell only offers 100 Mbps. Not enough for my needs. Bell is charging me $315 to cancel early, even though service isn’t available. Hoping @Bell can waive this fee. #BellCanada

@Bell Unfortunately the only solution you ever seem to offer is an extender which we have to pay extra for monthly, which we will not be doing. For over $300 a month that’s unacceptable to present as a solution when the service YOU are paid to provide doesn’t work.

@Bell is willing to lose a customer of 12 years because they refuse to honour a mobility plan that they are offering from their own website. I’m paying $93 a month for the same plan that they’re offering for $55 a month

Has SpongeBob Squarepants been completely removed on Canadian TV? YTV and the Cartoon Network were the only two after Nick went off the air yesterday ... and now I don't see SpongeBob anywhere in the program listings. What is going on here, @Bell? I pay over $300/m for this?
