@Bell why do you record conversations for “quality assurance”, when you don’t go back to listen?? It has been 6 days now to get a technician to my mother-in-law’s house to fix her phone line. PHONE LINE!! Wake up Bell!!!

Just had unbelievably stressful experience cancelling mum's cell phone she can no longer use due to her Parkinson's. Makes me wonder how many elderly people trying to cancel their service just give up and keep it, and if this is @Bell's intent when they make the process so hard.

@Bell_Support Like we have told Bell on multiple occasions, her phone “does not work”, but someone from Bell keeps attempting to call her at the number that is not working. So, I’m guessing because she can’t answer a phone “that does not work”, the repairperson keeps cancelling?

@dynamiteBdog @Bell Virgin mobile has the best customer service I have experienced with cell phone company in Canada. If you don’t have a contract, they have excellent bring your own phone plans. Our phone numbers are portable and if you choose another company, they can let Bell know you’ve moved.

Hey, @Telus @Bell and @Rogers: I live just outside of Hamilton. There are a lot of us here, and the population is growing like wildfire. Can we maybe get more than a single bar of service out here? If not, I could just pay for a quarter of my bill. That would be fair.

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support They are looking into it but it might take until Monday to find out if there is an outage or other external issue with a cell tower. I will DM. Thanks.

@Bell_Support my internet goes down approximately 4-6 times per day lately. I live quite literally in the middle of downtown Toronto… is there a reason for this or just the standard crappy bell service

. @Bell sent me an email to contact loyalty regarding my tv and internet. When I did the "loyalty" rep was horrible, condescending and rude. When you contact someone for their business you should treat them with respect @Bell_Support
