    Well I wasted 1 hr with @Bell_Support who claim my modem speeds are at 500Mbps but @Speedtest says >10mbps, I cant do video zoom calls and my kids also say there is an issue. Same usage, same devices - the only difference is that I cancelled @CraveCanada

    @LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work as a tech for a large communications company in the states. NO ONE can ever tell you that you need a new modem over the phone. If ALL your services are down its likely a cut/down line somewhere or an issue on Bells end. Good Luck!

    @Bell_Support I'm at witts end, I don't know how I can fix my issue with bell. Three requests for manager call back, once per month for last three months....

    @LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support My Dad worked there for 34 years. He was the union rep and some of the stories he has to tell are horrible about how Bell treated their employees. I’m always so conflicted on Bell Let’s Talk day because I agree with the cause, but think it’s such a joke that Bell is the sponsor

    @Bell_Support bell has stolen at least 15 hours of my life from wasted customer service calls. I cannot get my issue resolved.

    Hey @bell. Just had a sales rep from Mississauga at my door in Niagara. Thought that area was still under a stay at home order??? Staying at home does not include coming to Niagara for sales!! Ty to at least look like you’re trying to be part of the solution!
