@Bell_Support I spend 45 mins on the phone to cancel my ISP service. I was on silence hold for 20 mins. Then I receive an email for cancel confirmation. Then suddenly without notice I went into music hold for 20mins for no reason Is this normal experience for exiting customer?

  • draftbc Dean (@draftbc) reported

@Bell How does Bell Sat Tv work for previous owner but when I try to sign up, you “no longer service my area”! How does that happen? Did you lose a few Satellites?

  • gagangandhi Gagan (@gagangandhi) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support has to have the worst customer service in the world. Why do I have to keep wasting my time because they keep messing up my bill?

  • The_IT_Nerd The IT Nerd (@The_IT_Nerd) reported

What I wasn't impressed by was the @Bell tech not setting up their phone properly. He declared it working because he could dial out. But nobody could phone them. And it took 36 hours and two phone calls to @Bell to fix that.

@Bell @Bell_Support @CBC My parents just tried to cancel a part of their subscription as they no longer use it, not only did the representative not cancel it he managed to advertise 3 other services to them before abruptly hanging up, I hope you’re proud

I was kind of expecting that as customer service with @Bell isn't their strong point. It's stuff like that that keeps me from pulling the trigger to switch to @Bell as they have a great product, but the implementation of that product is often questionable at best.
