Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Connor_Lapalme Connor Lapalme (@Connor_Lapalme) reported

@Kristaldoodle @Bell_Support Not an outage i have an issue with my fiber optic cable for some reason technician coming tomorrow afternoon so no tv or internet until then…

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported

@Jennjo22 @Bell_Support I’m not too sure what the issues you’re experiencing are, but you might be able to escalate this to the CRTC/CCTS. I had to take Rogers through a major issue with the CRTC after one of their employees stole my number and did an illegal port (long, tiring story).

@14rulesStephen @Bell Their own techs even told us they’re garbage and to return them! They didn’t make a damn difference in our house

  • PavlinIvan IVAN (@PavlinIvan) reported

@DMacpGaz @PKP_Qc @Bell And so does Gogeco... Think about that!!! f-n idiot.

  • KrakkenMD Justin🎙 (@KrakkenMD) reported

Have a very sneaking suspicion that @Bell is throttling Home Hub 3000 speeds. I have an old internet plan (300mb) and a speed diagnostic with a technician over the phone showed network to modem speed of 330mb but modem to device speed was reading 45mb. Defective modem… 1/?

  • alexbevi Alex Bevilacqua (@alexbevi) reported

@Bell_Support I've rebooted and power cycled multiple times, as well as unplugged and replugged all cables. Still the same issue

  • KrakkenMD Justin🎙 (@KrakkenMD) reported

What I’m seeing from @Bell right now is that they’re purposely pushing people off the old 3000 modem’s based on issue date by throttling internet speeds, saying their modem is defective and then forcing their customers to change plans and/or get the new 4000 modem to fix issues

  • alexbevi Alex Bevilacqua (@alexbevi) reported

@Bell_Support is there an outage in Ajax right now (L1S area)?

  • Kristaldoodle Kristal (@Kristaldoodle) reported

@Connor_Lapalme @Bell_Support Same issue here off island in Vaudreuil. Red light on the 3000 modem, 1001 error. It's been out for 4+ hours as well. Wish bell could update people on this regional outage.

@snughaven @Bell Bell screwed us over so they offered my mom a rate that no other company can beat she’s grandfathered in for life with this rate and doesn’t want to give it up. I keep telling her what’s the point if it’s below par service! I’d rather pay for decent wifi!
