@Bell_Support As mentioned in my previous tweet - I have spoken with them 3 times and the terms are still incorrect. Telling me to continue down a path that doesn't bring resolution is not moving the issue forward.

@AprilBoultbee @Bell @Bell_Support @TekSavvyBuzz I don’t think they offer service our area. But I think we might need to switch to cogeco or something else!

Super pissed at @Bell_Support for not showing up not once but twice, to repair my broken fiber optic cable, while feeding me bullshit over the phone. Maybe I'll be luckier tomorrow.

@Bell all I have to say is that if you come across door to door agent offering you 100$ visa gift cards to sign up with Bell...don’t take the offer, not only will they offer you that but will also offer service not available in your area. 100% scam.

Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

Sleepless night listening to @Bell crash around on our @clvgroup roof from 10pm to 4am installing fiber op we don't want... wtf, when do these people sleep 🤔
