    @Bell, Fibe On Demand. We can’t fast-forward or rewind. I’ve read the online articles and forums. It’s b.c. providers want us to watch the commercials. Fine. But if I missed a moment or fell asleep and want to rewind, the only option is to start over. We need a better solution.

    @Bell_Support please help. I’ve called your helpline twice to no avail. I’ve begged them to send a technician and they refuse. My Fibe has been out for a month. I’ve got a broken knee in a brace and I’m at the end of my rope.

    @Bell_Support king we're ALL still having outage issues since 5am? this has been an ongoing issue for 12 HOURS now. are yall's highest level of fixing issues turning it off and back on again over and over and over for 12 hours?????

    @Bell_Support love this ISP. internet has been out for 12+ hours and they keep giving generic responses without actually addressing issues, then proceeds to claim that their services are fixed. employees are horrible over the phone and have outright swore at us lmao?? are yall ok
