Hi @Bell, I do not understand why you opened my #Bell account under the wrong name and refuse to make your T.V. and Internet services work while expecting I pay the invoice you send to the wrong person, but can you please help me with my account since your employee's refuse to.

@Bell_Support I'd like to object to paying $75 a month, only to be throttled after using 20gb of data. It's the worst value plan I've even been on, and would be laughed at anywhere else in the world. I pay this all this money and I can't even stream a podcast on the train.

@Bell I have had only issues. For everything I have to invest my time in talking to your customer service for basic info. I initiated a pre-authorized debit and I got confirmation for the same on email and yet the money was debited from other account.

@Bell, you literally have, what appears to be, an unlimited amount of #Bell phone numbers for everything, but proper customer service who can actually fix the problem.

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support, my patience is running low. You caused this problem in November when you opened the account under the wrong name, you consistently put barriers in my way to fix it by refusing to do so, now fix it. Please, thank you, and respectfully.
