    @jdeq @Bell That's exactly what Joe did too a year and a half ago when he retired - our landline phone number became his cell number. You must have had a particularly dim person trying to arrange that for you because I don't think he had any trouble at all.

    The worst service @Bell @Bell_Support started providing is by offshooting thier service to #Phillipines, Horrible just horrible••• grow up guys or train your staff well, cgeap staff can only provide cheap services

    @Bell Except when you cancel a service. That “can only be done by telephone” so they make you wait and wait and then, as a condition, you have to speak to a “loyalty specialist” who tries to sell you what you just canceled for a lower price and just won’t let go. It’s the worst.

    Even after I had said 'my husband Paul' at the beginning. I understand it is a heteronormative world. I've been dealing with it & the fact I don't fit within this world for years. Really @Bell surely you can do a better job of training your customer service folks on inclusivity.
