@pedroponte_ @Bell_Support Line cut at Cherry/ Lakeshore. Once resolved ensure you request compensation/ you can be damn sure Bell got compensated for the outage .

@CAguilarTO @Bell_Support Got an appointment to install Beanfield in early August as a back-up network. One more outage like this and it will become my primary (and only) network.

Like, outages happen @Bell_Support @Bell - that’s not the issue. It’s the absolute void in communication and basically making everyone beg for info that’s annoying. On top of the stress of trying to host imp global conf calls via personal hotspots and all that! Arghh

@Bell_Support Wouldn’t you just write “the outage has been cleared please reset the equipment?” You must be aware of whether it’s still an issue or not. If it’s not, then say it in the tweets, it is then don’t tell us to reset out equipment. Seems simple.
