    @Bell_Support why in the world won’t you help the Elderly? I had to come to my in laws because your technicians were forcing us to be on premise to troubleshoot a phone line for my parents who are 70+ years of age who don’t understand technology. Now I am sitting here waiting.

    @Bell The worst experience ever today with bell mobility customer service.Spent 5hrs on the phone, got cut off 3 times and spoke to 6 reps. Just wow!!! and the irony I still did not achieve what I needed. Clearly my business is not needed.

    @Bell_Support It was rectified after much back and forth and a credit to the account was a result, as I was actually paying more than I thought. The agent unearthed this after challenging me for several minutes on the issue. 2 hours of life that I won't get back, but I appreciate your concern.

    @Bell wow guys...just wow. Atrocious customer service. Added Fibetv this morning, rep scheduled it for tomorrow when I asked for today. 5 hours and 4 reps later...no resolution. Since day one - all lies from Bell all the time. Time to switch!
