@Bell_Support Told Saturday by Bell support then called local installer company who did work yesterday. They promised to send someone out today to replace faulty LNB. Why aren’t @Bell_Support services coordinated with install company so when I call in, Bell will refer me to installer?

  • EricMuellejans Eric Muellejans (@EricMuellejans) reported

Not sure if the head of Customer Service for @Rogers or @Bell_Support joined this startup because the speed and quality are somehow worse than Canadian Telecomm.

@Accelerante @Bell_Support Report that **** to the their manager. They can get in a lot of trouble for clocking hours they aren’t working. Also it’s known that techs do this for jobs they don’t wanna bother with. Contractors are worse. Source: I used to be an Xfinity tech

  • AmeliaSZK Amélia (@AmeliaSZK) reported

@p0tent_ @Bell It got usable when I got a case, so it would stop registering inputs when I held the edge. But never again I'm getting curved edges, just too cursed
