I had to buy my mom a cell phone because our @Bell @Bell_Support home phone will just randomly stop working. No service outages in the area, no other foreseen issues, it’ll just randomly not work, the line will be dead or can’t receive any calls with a busy signal to callers.

  • tinpanalleypics Phil Vasquez (@tinpanalleypics) reported

@Bell Except it's not 1.5, is it? Unless you have a desktop, using a network card with higher than 1Gbit rate, plus the usual interferences, you're at BEST talking maybe 975Mbps. And also, most people are on WiFi where 1.5Gbit speeds are impossible. So.. actually, your ad is a lie.

@sol_sanctum @Bell You’re missing the point. No one should buy anything extra. The service provider should cover the house. 🤔

  • pcguy8088 Greg (@pcguy8088) reported

@BenKlass @Bell @Bell_Policy Holy crap 50GB limit and it has been reached 3 weeks into the month. It is a wonder that it lasted this long. Especially with streaming services that r cutting into regular tv bottom line. If people r cutting the cord Bell will squeeze the $ out of them through data caps.
