@Bell_Support Hey Bell, I was just told that my internet is down and I have to wait 5 DAYS FOR A TECH TO COME! 5 DAYS?!? WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY, your customer service is the worst. As a new customer I'm regretting my choice.

@Bell_Support, my patience is running low. You caused this problem in November when you opened the account under the wrong name, you consistently put barriers in my way to fix it by refusing to do so, now fix it. Please, thank you, and respectfully.
