@Bell really do you know what customer service is? Had internet installed along with the Bell Fibe TV app. A week to activate the app after internet service is set up? That's ok, my disabled wife who only has TV doesnt mind waiting for the only thing she can enjoy.

@Bell_Support Hesitant to DM, every time I contact support, my service gets worse not better. I started with 20mb peak. Called, now I'm currently without any service until someone shows up... maybe today? Apt this afternoon usually means maybe the day after.

I’m about to lose my ****! These constant scam automated @amazon calls on my @bell Fibe line are out of control. Is there really nothing that can be done to stop this BS. I feel really sorry for seniors who get scammed by these criminals. @amazonca #Amazon

@Bell forces Fibe on remote worker. #Bell dropped new line$ recently, so why would @Bell_Support repair old? Five days of outage so far, seven phone calls, one no-show tech, one failed commitment from escalation team, hours of frustration, and $200 for new modem.

@timothypeckover @Bell i'm in ottawa (thanks to extreme amalgamation), but rural-ish and very low density. so i kinda get it, but they also need to do better i think. @rogers here has 1,000/50 service, but it dies after a couple of hours after a power outage...

@Bell I’m wondering what address to send an invoice too? It seems as though I’m dropping more calls than ever before. You are costing me money to run my business and as you know I pay you on time and handsomely. Your service on the Avalon Nl area is getting worse, not acceptable!

@bbb_us @Bell #BellMobility forces customers into a ‘Personal Care Plan’ which is illegal when ordering an iPhone for hardware upgrade. Your billing care reps fail to log multiple requests to remove and be credited for this illegal charge! Now I’m told I’m not getting credit!
