If anyone is in the process of deciding an internet provider, use anyone other than @Bell. Horrible service, especially customer service. In the process of getting rid of internet, home phone and cellphone. Thank God it is no longer a monopoly.

@Bell this Companies customer service is absolutely a bomb shell.. Nothing worse than talking to an aragant person from any where, let alone from the Philippines that doesn't have a clue where CANADA is. I think the CEO OF BELL SHOULD HAVE CALL CENTRES BACK I. CANADA OR RESIGN

@DoftWT @Bell Teksavvy. They are good at support. They have to use either cable or DSL( bell) as the technology but you won’t have to deal with bell directly. And you may have the cable option where you live. Cheaper and great customer service.

@JustinTrudeau A Guaranteed Basic Income would have helped more people than #CERB and would have given help to the people that DESPERATELY needed it. Instead you gave money to the likes of @Bell with the #CEWS and token one time payments to some seniors and the disabled. Bravo!

@Bell 2/2 instead of trying to get new business you should be offering your existing clients incentive to stay. As soon as I can find a provider that can give me the service I want For a really great rate - I will be moving - even if I have to go stateside to do it.
