    @Bell_Support is useless. My service is garbage overseas, and all of the sudden, I live in an “area of concern,” where my phone doesn’t work properly…and when I call to discuss it I can barely hear because of how bad their service is! (Irony at its finest.) HELP IN A REAL WAY.

    @Bell @FANEXPOCANADA Maybe don’t leave people on the phone for 5 hours when all they want to do is change their plan?? The topper is they couldn’t even fix it!!

    @Bell_Support can’t get through to support. Been trying to get satellite service since Monday. Tech was here to install 4 new boxes to existing 2 boxes. Only 2 boxes work! Tech has been here again and still not working. Customer service SUCKS in phone!! How do we resolve this!!!
