Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • itsFurkan Furkan A (@itsFurkan) reported

Leave it to @Bell to transfer you 5 times and disconnect you two times and not find solution for an order they promised and won’t fulfill even after giving them the order number. Been Bell customer for 2 weeks, should I just cancel now?

  • rye_b Ryan (@rye_b) reported

Hey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?

  • sarahagleyx Sarah Agley (@sarahagleyx) reported

@BrillonAdam @Bell_Support Also having wifi issues where I am but can’t find much about it online?

  • BetsFrancis Betty Francis (@BetsFrancis) reported

@mamarunsfor3 @Bell And those are facts - ALL of them suck because there isn’t enough competition and they are never made accountable for their lousy service :(

  • Readthetype Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported

@Bell_Support Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?

  • SMB0213 Joe Stewart (@SMB0213) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @Bell_Support internet issues in #HamOnt ?

  • S44NSKII Saan (@S44NSKII) reported

@t3kfr34k @Bell Most likely the same problem I had, they charge you for the best internet but don’t let you know that they can’t provide the best internet in your area

  • Shrdlu Etaoin Shrdlu (@Shrdlu) reported

@Bell So, your modems have poor coverage and you think people should pay $138 a year when they could buy three D-Link AC1750 Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extenders for about the same cost? Sounds like a Bell business model alright.

  • lac_roger Roger Lacroix (@lac_roger) reported

@Kikbrunel @PCFinancial @Bell No such thing as customer service anymore… “ customer disservice maybe!!

  • S44NSKII Saan (@S44NSKII) reported

@Bell You’ll sell this to your customers and then when they realize they aren’t getting what they paid for you say “the service is unavailable in your area” but you still charge the premium price knowing you can’t provide the premium service that was promised
