@TELUS, please, PLEASE provide Internet in Ontario. @rogers gave me $5.00 off for an outage that resulted in a lost day of work and @bell is helmed by misogynists.

  • hannahcarriere Hannah Carriere (@hannahcarriere) reported

I shopped around for a better internet price and left Rogers for Bell. As a new customer, I got a plan that was 69.95. Every month I've been charged 99.95. Showing my original order document is not enough evidence for @Bell_Support @bell

  • georges54592500 george stewart (@georges54592500) reported

@Bell WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON THE PLANET

  • TChalmersLaw Travis Chalmers (@TChalmersLaw) reported

@Mehrsa2009 @BellMediaPR @Bell only talk the talk. Just look at how they handle mental illness in their own company. This is a horrible move, but not at all surprising from this company.

  • Alex_TheUngreat Alex (@Alex_TheUngreat) reported

@Bell_News @Bell recognized for its poor performance, i assume

  • Bull0207 Travis Chaulk (@Bull0207) reported

@Bell All mine is going soon except internet. Fire stick seems like the way to go. Over $300 bucks a month for tv/ internet / home phone ( home phone there for decoration - never used).

  • djfiander David Fi&er (@djfiander) reported

@zoewhittall @Bell I got a random text from Bell last week telling me that it was important to keep my address up to date because 911 on mobile will send emergency services to the address on file, not where my phone is. So that was nice

  • Alexandlpa Alex (@Alexandlpa) reported

@Bell Hi fellow twitter people, I’m looking to replace my Bell internet/cable service with a reliable alternative, internet only. Bell firing LaFlamme was the last straw. Any recommendations for the Toronto area? #donewithBell

@Videotron Wow garbage customer service, who do you hire? You’re OK with a client canceling and leaving to @Bell because you can’t offer your current Helix internet promotions to existing clients whose contract is ending. Bravo!
