    @PamToque8 @Bell_Support Horrible! The same thing is happening to my parents who are 70-80 yrs old and it’s shameful that Bell does nothing to support them! Customers for 60 yrs means nothing to Bell I guess it’s so disappointing and frustrating! I hope they do something for them!

    @DebLaceKelly @Bell Never experienced anything like you describe. Uptime is near 100%. Worst I had was at beginning of covid due to non use, required a reboot/reinitialization of our line from their end, not just a router restart. That was frustrating as how would I have known.

    I recently switched my cell service to @Bell after almost 15 years with another provider and now every line on my account is being inundated with spam/phishing texts.

    @Bell Not to mention Bell will sucker customers in via their 1.5 GB service saying how wonderful it is for Wi-Fi, but Customers will NEVER see 1.5 GB on Wi-Fi, and they definitely won't have a big advantage using the Hub 3000... 1/2

    @Bell .... that is old Wi-Fi service as if it was their Hub 4000 that is Wi-Fi 6 and also has the better Ethernet port to ACTUALLY take advantage and USE 1.5 GB. They certainly can't with the Hub 3000 as those ports are CAPPED at 1GB 2/2 All together Class, RIP-OFF !!!

    @Bell Bell mobility knowingly and willingly sells faulty products. Twice in one month I've had one of they're "high speed Fiber optic" modems crap out on me. Twice I've gone to the store to replace it and twice came home with a modem that didn't work.

    @Bell I m bell’s corporate customer, with international roaming enabled . Am on official visit outside Canada but not able to latch on any network. Dear @Bell @Bell_Support plz advise the next steps and/or solution #Intlroaming
