@JeffreyLuscombe @Bell_Support Good luck with that. I always put "support" or "service" in quotes because both are figments. We get neither service nor support.

  • JDetic Jason (@JDetic) reported

@Bell_Support Kinda hard to use when your network is down. You failed the entire Maritimes. **** you

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell I hate to break it to Customers but bell support will probably make you do the speed test on their Hub 3000 and it will indeed show the higher speed, But not sure about you But I buy a package to get the Speed out of the Modem not to it 1GB ethernet ports ONLY allow 1GB out

@Bell your service is the worst in the world, I phoned on Sept 9th to get my service changed to a new address confirmation # BDCD92PN. I was just told the technician isn't coming today & can't come until Oct 23. You outsource as usual your services which in turn means u don't

Of course @Bell s' Data connection is horrid, and really noticable now during #FionaNS. I will be calling for lack of full service AGAIN, after 4+ months of this. Replacing the sim card will be their suggestion, as it usually is, and I have nowhere to get it right now. Faaaaack.

  • Channel83News Channel83 (@Channel83News) reported

@Bell We are calling our father in law but we are getting someone else on the line and their number is not the number we are dialing. He is a bell customer. How can this be fixed? #Newfoundland

  • TessaMa99616575 Tessa Mack (@TessaMa99616575) reported

@Bell U suck ur service sucks and I pity anyone who is your client. 2 months for an installation is ludicrous. You hire the cheapest to service ur clients. I hope ur proud of ur shoddy service & cheap outsourcing to rake in dollars meanwhile treating customers like crap.

@Bell It’s crazy your offering 50GB’s but I can’t even use the GB’s that are included in my plan. Make your system stronger still no service.

  • Abega_R Miss Naive (@Abega_R) reported

@Bell_Support care to explain to me why the battery of my Hub3000 died 5mn after I lost power? Isn’t supposed to provide additional hours of connectivity? If the battery is not working, can I expect you to replace it?

  • semnany Max (@semnany) reported

@Rogers @Bell Some telecom companies are letting their customers call Iran for free in support of Iranian people fighting their rights and since Iran's regim is restricting internet access there. Let us know if you support innocent people there #MahsaAmini
