@Bell_Support your internet services are a complete joke. As a long time paying customer and with a family member who was former staff, this is absolutely terrible. Paying so much money for terribly unbearable speeds.

@Bell_Support @JoeyTweeets @Bell_Support is the single worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me $10 a month and then after 7 years of this safety net service they claimed I didn’t qualify for the service they were offering and I had paid near a grand for. Worst company in Canada. By far.

  • GrumpyChef GRUMPY CHEF (@GrumpyChef) reported

@Bell You texted me saying you are adding 10 gig of data to my account, now I have to figure out how to cancel this. Did not ask for it! Canceling all Bell services today. Not a good move by Bell.

@Bell You can F right off. Never again will I choose this ugly excuse for a company as a provider for any services in my home.

  • dachshundjax JJD (@dachshundjax) reported

@Bell_Support I called this number on Friday and spoke to Patrick in your loyalty department. He was very dismissive and basically told me there is nothing Bell can do about my concerns. As a customer with bell alarm, bell mobile, bell internet & bell tv I feel totally devalued.

  • MrRangu C.R (@MrRangu) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support why does the internet fail so often?
