My service is garbage overseas, and all of the sudden, I live in an “area of concern,” where my phone doesn’t work properly…and when I call to discuss it I can barely hear because of how bad their service is! (Irony at its finest.) HELP IN A REAL WAY.

Only 2 boxes work! Tech has been here again and still not working. Customer service SUCKS in phone!! How do we resolve this!!!
