    Hey @rogers hours to set up and reschedule an appointment with dropped call, redundant questions and misinformation whereas with @Bell called and had an appointment in 5 minutes WITH CONFIRMATION! Next time I am flying with someone else. Oops…wrong issue!

    @Bell Shame on you bell Canada for the lack of basic human decency and lack of integrity when it comes to providing adequate customer service to your consumers. I ordered all the services you offered and yet you failed to get me my device on time. Still waiting. #Pissedoff.

    Our Fibe tv is working but the landline and internet - nothing. Anyone know if Bell is down? We’ve reset the modem already and all we’re getting is an error and direction to go to some site and enter a password for the modem that we don’t have and we’re never given. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support It's OK, I've put a second complaint through the BBB. If it doesn't get fully resolved this time and I end up getting billed again I will be taking further action to protect myself from your fraudulent billing practices. @PatForanCTVNews

    @Bell I just became a customer a week ago and you already called 5 times to add some product or whatever. Plus you're calling my girlfriend's phone instead of mine, during work hours. Don't call again. I don't know where to make it so on your site, don't call again. Don't call.
