@Bell_Support what's with your cell service in Baker Lake Nunavut? Anytime it rains or snows we lose all service now. What "upgrades" did you do in the last 18months? Definitely not worth $$$ we are paying. It's only oct and winter is coming, more snow so means no service.

Hey,@Bell can you explain to me how 2x so far THIS year I have spoken with a customer service rep to temporarily suspended my seasonal account,verifying the account number,and each time the confirmation email shows my permanent residence account being put on hold instead?

@Bell why internet bills increased? You want to bind us in 3 year contract then why you don’t give same price for 3 years? Why you keep doing #fraud to us? This is #scam in name of service. I want to break 3 years contract without #penalty because you broke price. @Bell_Support
