    @aircanada WiFi is a joke with @bell Client spends $40+ just to get 1mbps if lucky. What a joke. Can’t even complain because they rather spend money on a bullet proof and lawyer proof contract to shut down any customer rather than provide amazing customer experience.

    @Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

    @Bell is the least understanding service provider. Constantly demanding payment despite saying you’re willing to work with customers . A lil consideration would go a long way.

    @Bell Hi there, I wonder if you could help. My Internet has been on and off and I keep going to the Virtual Repair and it says everything is okay, no power outage but when I go to my Bell wi-fi app, it says network outage. What to do?

    @Bell Sucks. Tried transferring my service from freedom while online and they can’t do it. Need to go to store. @Aeroplan it’s not worth the points to transfer.

    I used my cell on the subway after the Raptors game and it worked great. I initially was on @Bell LTE but then switched to 5G and also had a very good signal. In Rexdale Toronto I get very poor 5G signal strength. I also noticed this when I was outside downtown on Queen St.
