I'm ******* done. I'll have a new ISP with @Bell starting Tuesday and will hopfully have stable internet now. Been with @Rogers for about 20 years and have had the WORST experience personally over the past 2 years. Finally happy to find a good offer and move on man

@Bell_Support Sure. They were told by the booking agent yesterday that this would happen. I only found out now. My parents are not people to stir things up and need their service done so of course they obliged the demand.

@Bell_Support hi our internet went out on Canada Day and we have talked to 3 different bell reps, replaced our modem and box outside the home. Last tech said the line from our box going down the street is the problem but we weren’t told if someone was going to fix it. Please help

@Bell_Support @Bell I love that we were escalted to teir 2 CS and then told someone will call us back in the middle of the flipping day! Always constant issues , company is a flipping joke. Billion dollar company yet no one working.
