@Bell_Support @dominate2day This is what most of your customers experience. Tv is still freezing up in Manitoba. Garbage, I plan to switch. Tired of being promised things that don’t happen. Bell calls them mistakes, at this point they are just lies. 💩company with 0 customer service.

@Bell_Support We have a DM trail open from February and you have all the information needed to resolve this degradation of service (that is many years old). It’s unfortunate that the only way to get attention to this matter is through public tweets.

Okay and very creeped out by the @Bell dude who came to my door and was like "Will you stop talking and let me finish" when I tried to tell him I wasn't interested in discussing communication services. Wtf.

2/2 @Bell any older person with slight confusion will never be able to watch tv intuitively using their remote control. Old people need on /off up/ down. So my mom is basically paying for dozens of channels she can’t watch and wifi she doesn’t use Let’s talk my ***

@BellAliant @Bell the lack of service and the exhaustion required to simply reconnect Fibre-Op to my cottage is astounding. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Poor service.

@Bell_Support thanks, I understand you can’t look into the costs for three days, but I really think it would be great if you looked into the bigger picture problem of taking advantage of certain demographics by charging double
