@Bell_Support worst experience ever. 15 hours worth of phone calls, and in store visits, just to get $60 out of collections for a service I didn’t use. I was promised by a rep it would be dealt with and 3 weeks later, calls and letters keep coming.

Talk about INSTANT regret moving our business away from Telus. Pals, the grass is not greener. Worst customer experience. @Bell should be ashamed, they sure wanted that 6 new device sale though… They messed everything up in the initial call then proceeded to blame it all on us.

Day 8 and finally service restored. Can't do the change we wanted because apparently if we want to upgrade our internet, Bell has to change our fax # (wtf?) But yay for the return to status quo. Thanks for a week of intense stress for nothing @Bell_Support @cbcgopublic
