    @Bell Is there any particular reason why the cell service around Hecla Island, Manitoba went from serviceable to terrible in the course of 24 hours? I had a reasonable service on Sunday, but since Monday, I have to be within view of the tower to get a steady signal.

    Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

    @Bell_Support Bell tech support just called me and asked me if I still have a problem. Well, he apologized for whatever happened between me and the previous tech guy that I dealt with and that apologyis enough to cool me down. I didn't know what really happened to my recordings before.

    @TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Maybe if Bell would put their wires back onto the poles and tree limbs off the wires their internet service might improve.
