@Bell_Support On the phone with @Bell for the 7th time since Jan 2023, on our 2nd WiFi modem, and 4th TV receiver. Tech issues that no one can resolve, no TV/Internet for hours at a stretch, billing us for equipment we've returned, no resolution... this is unacceptable.

New profit opportunity for @Bell: Customers have been calling in after mysterious spikes in their data use so @Bell offers more expensive higher data packages even if data use is uncharacteristic of customer’s normal behaviour. How can I jump that gravy train?

I don’t understand why old customers are of less value for @Bell than new customers. I have been with #Bell for 25 years plus and they cannot give me a similar rate to the one given to new customers. This will force me to cancel and go to Rogers.#badpolicy
