@RogersHelps Was trying to switch from @TELUSsupport to Rogers, but your online chat needs you to sign in. I guess you don't want new customers. Maybe @Bell_Support does?

@MrGaryHunt @Bell I knew about the service, but the CRTC is short-handed, so is ombudsman, when Bell still leads the way in poor customer service and complaints. They really don't try to rectify, they assume poor folks won't sue them and raise their rates to pay the $1.6 b in lawsuits against them

@Bell_Support I don't have an account, I haven't in a really long time... That's the point You were so offensive to deal with that I demanded all my information be removed and asked you to never contact me again. I then had to try like 10 times... And you swore you would leave me alone Lie

@Bell_Support I've been trying to upgrade my work cell phone on the mobility website since yesterday and it keeps saying "technical difficulties" and won't let me complete the process past selecting the phone. Is this a known issue that will be resolved shortly?

@Bell I found a typo in your "acceptable" response time for technical support. Your network stops recognizing my device. Your staff thinks the policy is 5-7 days. Obviously, it should be 5-7 hours (worst-case scenario). Thanks for fixing that typo!

@Bell_Support, what a terrible experience I had. I migrate to your company on March. I got a phone it didn't fit my needs. I returned the device as your protocols established on March 16th, and still no refund and not able to request a new phone while you are charging me.
