@sherrick399 @Bell_Support If you get choppy video or audio, don't try to reboot your receiver! That can actually cause you to lose TV service entirely. It did for me.

@Bell_Support Horrible service - disgusting! Call and a recording just says no one can answer ?? WTF ? TV down and no communication to customers ? You have our emails ? I have fired people for less. Time to switch to cogeco or Roger’s Wow!!

@Bell_Support Yep. On demand stuff for fibe not working through the receiver anyway. And live tv is not popping up. (Based in Quebec here)
