We’re not impressed with @Bell today. @smuh35’s parents have now wasted 2 days waiting for install techs to show up. Bell sold a deal to the building, all the condos are getting it, but the communication has been awful. 1/

  • dlkmhuebel David Huebel (@dlkmhuebel) reported

@RogersHelps Was trying to switch from @TELUSsupport to Rogers, but your online chat needs you to sign in. I guess you don't want new customers. Maybe @Bell_Support does?

  • AvoidAmazon Boycott Evil Amazon - Find Alternatives (@AvoidAmazon) reported

@Bell Can you include policies such as having reliable service and not ripping off customers? That would be inclusive.

  • RGDraper Bobby Draper (@RGDraper) reported

@Bell Who would honestly buy your internet? You scam the elderly, over charging them with 0 customer loyalty.. You have to promote your services because anyone normal knows how terrible a company you are.

@Bell_Support @missmelly16 Outage in Acton too. 3rd one one this week. So ridiculous. C’mon Rogers Ignite to Acton!!

  • RyanBiochem Ryan G (@RyanBiochem) reported

@Bell Bell is the biggest scam company in canada. You cqnt even cancel a bill with them without them "accidentally" charging again

  • TinaPay66397699 Tina Payne (@TinaPay66397699) reported

@Bell_Support why is internet down 3 times this past week in Acton? We’ve spent about 6 hours on phone with support and 2 trips to replace a modem that likely wasn’t this issue. This is beyond unreliable. And frustrating.

  • oYosemitee Will Butcher (@oYosemitee) reported

People are getting 3GB internet and y’all still only offer me 100mb down through two phone lines?? @Bell_Support

  • JoeNarsa Joe Narsa (@JoeNarsa) reported

Bell has lost a customer! They hung up on me twice after making me wait over 1.5 hours. They increased my plan without notice, even though I have a 2-year agreement…I’ll be taking my account elsewhere. @Bell_Support @Bell

  • Lopejah2 Lopejah (@Lopejah2) reported

@Bell_Support I found that after I connect the power supply and connected the network cable, two faults, Error 1202 and NO HSI Configuration were displayed on the display of the modem, and the Wifi could not be used. Now I can only use the data traffic of mobile phone every day.
