Instead @Bell @Bell_Support Technician messed up all existing connections ended up with no internet service and closed the store as the payments didn't worked. Called the support but in return suggested me to close the store until next appointment which was scheduled after 3 days

Approaching 7 days without home internet. 5 phone calls to @Bell_Support, 3 service calls with another one scheduled. @cogeco coming now tomorrow. Whoever gets it working first gets my business. #Gongshow

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

@CMF_FMC @Bell @Rogers You (the government) gives money to LARGE corporations that report news. Do you think for one minute that someone you give millions of $ to is going to have anything bad to say about you (the government)? Lots of better uses for this wasted money!

@Bell_Support Appreciate you reaching out! The info requested will be provided. The issue needs to be resolved at once & not over 5 calls. I’ve spoken to three agents about the service/changes and have dedicated over 4 hours of effort to add new services to my account.
