  • gcfedak Christopher Fedak (@gcfedak) reported

@Bell My issue is that I have great DSL service with another provider, but they have use Bell’s infrastructure. At least once a year birds have gotten at the copper strand which kills my connection, but Bell has so far ignored the need for simple plastic caps to seal it…

  • chadatola Chad (@chadatola) reported

@Bell for 5 years I have been asking bell to fix an issue to which the tech was so confused. I called apple instead and apple was clear it’s definitely your service provider. When there’s a voice mail my phone freezes. Bell do you know how to fix the issue?

  • priyaganguli Priya Ganguli (@priyaganguli) reported

Now another Bell store has told us to go back to that one and resolve the issue. Please reverse the transaction. Let us know how to do it. #bellcustomer @Bell @Bell_Support

  • Saiveer614 Saiveer (@Saiveer614) reported

@Bell i switched from rogers to bell mobile and home internet and worst idea ever !!!!!

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

  • priyaganguli Priya Ganguli (@priyaganguli) reported

@Bell_Support my friend who's new to Canada visited the Bell store at Eaton centre to buy a pre-paid connection. After she swiped her card, we were told the system was down so the transaction hadn't gone through. But $50 was deducted.

  • cduvall4homes Carol Duvall (@cduvall4homes) reported

@fiehler_jake @Bell bro I had cable until now and was on a 17ms LOL **** was TRASH AF they literally just rewired my building for this it took 4 months to be available lol

  • shnicholson Shawn Nicholson (@shnicholson) reported

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).
