@Bell_Support my internet is down for the last hour or so here in Kingston, ON. My neighbors are on the same plate. Looks to be a dns outage.I am on hold on the support line for last 45 minutes. Please provide an update.

  • CKWS_Shauna Shauna Cunningham (@CKWS_Shauna) reported

@sydenhamkennedy Also hearing from @Telus customers that they're still having issues. A reply sent to me from an @Bell customer indicated they hoped to have this fully resolved by just before 8:30pm.

  • scottmichaud Scott Michaud (@scottmichaud) reported

@AcadienSniper @Lizzouse @Bell_Support Weird part is my Bell Fibe went down at exactly the same time as my Telus cellular flipped into Emergency Call. Would be interested to see what sort of outage took down at least two providers at the same time. And yet Twitter and Discord seemed unaffected.

  • di_nic Matt Di Nicolantonio 😷 (@di_nic) reported

For the second time since the pandemic began, @bell has raised Internet prices by more than $5 per month. The only notice is buried on the last page of your bill, months in advance, which they know nobody reads. All this despite high profits, pandemic support, and mass layoffs.

  • ShesAHellCat Hellcat (@ShesAHellCat) reported

@tickytacky23 @CKWS_Shauna @Bell You can still make 911 calls as long as there is some cell service in the area (I'm with Rogers and mine is up) regardless of your own provider or account. Bell still needs to fix the problem quickly though.
