    @Bell_Support 38hrs without internet in Montreal. Ridiculous that when I called they had no information to give me other than "we're aware of the issue". Can we just have an estimate of when it will be resolved?

    I hope this gets to someone in the right place @Bell who actually wants to make a wrong into a right and show what true customer service really is. Give me faith that there is still hope for true customer service.
