    @Bell @Bell_Support your ID verification system is so so so bad! I have been at the store since 40 minutes now. Every time the store representative is calling up, he isn’t able to connect. Pathetic.

    @Bell_Support Hi! My internet has been cutting out completely today. This is the third time and it takes a while to fully start. The phone line is thankfully working. There has been any weather issues today, so I don't understand. It has been fine. Do you think it's the router?

    My 72 year-old mother was in hospital for 4 months this year. My sister & I have been staying there to help out. We've had no @Bell internet for 5 weeks and a terrible quality phone line.

    Can you help @Bell_support ? I'm worried her fall alert call system won't even work with the line quality have at the moment. Apparently it was escalated to management on 24 Aug & and we've had no info since tho we've called regularly.

    @Bell_Support hate to tell you that there are issues in Ontario, I have been down since noon and have no access to internet or Fibe TV, so thanks to having wireless devices with @TELUS #Rogers, I haven’t been left in the dark. Why can no one explain why?!!

    @Bell no PVR for weeks call bell on with technical support trying to fix it for 20 minutes.. no joy.. had to take an important call. Bell tech says yep I’ll call you back .. guess what he never did. Lousy service. !
