@Rogers been trying to change my account for over a year. With constant phone calls lasting over 2 hours... tried to cancel my service multiple times to switch to @Bell with special promotions added to my account. Non of which have been added to my account.

@Bell_Support Will do. This experience has left me feeling unappreciated as a loyal customer. Why would Bell think it is in any way acceptable to leave a customer waiting for hours without any notice of cancellation or rescheduling. I have been trying to book this installation since early Oct

@Bell @Bell_Support why does it feel like customer support has gone downhill as of late? Even a simple call to enquire about tablet plans with existing device and you can’t get a straight answer…not good!
