@Bell_Support @netflix I have Bell Sat TV & for some reason the subtitles don't work on some episodes of Narcos Mexico. Eg. season 2 episode 9 I have to watch on computer to see subtitles. Please fix
@Bell_Support Done that plenty of times now, nothing’s changed Your service is shit and i’m sick of it. My internet hardly works half the time and it’s irritating, especially when i need it for specific things.

Wish we could all do business like @Bell. Just continue to bill customers for months even after they've canceled. It's a great business model. 0 resolution from the "customer service", who we continue to call every month. THANKS @Bell !!!
@Bell_Support I have reset the modem. No effect. This is the 4th loss of service today.
@Bell_Support how good is fibre to the node as I don’t have fibre to the house. I’m about to give up on @RogersHelps ... had 1 tech come in and told me everything was okay, a few live agents another tech told me it was a outside issue waited 48hrs to be fixed yet not fixed.

I've been a @Bell client for a month and a half. Today I cancelled because their support is quite simple the worst I have ever seen in my life.
Not impressed at all and have been plagued with issues by @Bell’s Smart Home Security System. Still awaiting a phone call from December 19th for ongoing issue. It is being treated with the seriousness of an internet or mobile phone account.
