I used to love @TELUS but then they sold me a lemon of an iPhone and refused to take it back! 2 months in and my battery dies at 3-hours on the mark. I regret pulling my staff from @Bell and @Rogers to now have to deal with this BS #corporate #fail

I have never been more frustrated than trying to deal with the stupidity of calling for tech support from the small business division of @Bell Six calls in, four disconnections, zero answers.

@Bell_Support It’s too bad you don’t have stores where customers could just go to replace their defective receivers on the same day rather than waiting for a delivery. You could call them Bell Stores.

Decided to switch to @bell today for home service. They gave us an appointment time to set us up between 12-5. It’s now almost 5:30. Would you trust this company with a 2 year contract? #firstimpressions

@Bell_Support Steve gave me another number, on hold for 30 min but finally got to speak to someone. Gave them card # and they do not support this card. I am truly at my wits end. Beyond frustrated. Twice to receive call back in 48 hrs, doesn't happen and been made to feel like

I'll be switching to Telus mobile service. Offered me a better deal than #bell. @bell didn't get back to me to match the offer when they said they would, and my PM to them on Twitter didn't get a response. Telus SIM card is in the mail.
