@Bell Quick question, if restarting a show, why is the option to fast forward not available? Hate to say, but Rogers you can, also to remote for Rogers lights up when picked up. Can Bell match that?We ditched Rogers because of poor customer service. Don t want reasons to go back

@MasterHandJr @Bell Have you tested for dropped packets? Honestly gigabit won't make a difference at all for games. I've had super baller 60mb down connections, and laggy as frig 500mb down. If you're dropping mad packets though, could indicate an physical issue with either cable or connector.

@JodyRidpath @fordnation @Bell maybe cut off their service? It's being run not at the home address. Hopefully someone can share the serial # on the box

@Bell when you’ve called to get a landline installed FOUR TIMES but your techs keep no showing… this has been going on since December. get your **** together.

@Bell God Bell is easily the worst ISP out there. When I had Bell it absolutely sucked

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@MasterHandJr @Bell Kind of doubt it with fiber though? I know with Rogers, which honestly can be really good, if you're using the same coaxial cable that someone installed 25 years ago, the conductor and the connector can both get corroded and start seriously affecting the signal.

  • joetnotjoeyt joe thornington (@joetnotjoeyt) reported

@Bell help canada connect with the world eh.... Yet you can't figure out how to use a metal detector to find the box in the ground covered with snow and a shovel to uncover it #notahappycoustomer

  • gordoooo_z My name is Gordo (@gordoooo_z) reported

@MasterHandJr @Bell In the case of that awful home hub router though... If you have more than 5 or 6 devices, get another router. Rogers is just as bad. I'm convinced they're basically the same device inside.

@CarymaRules Hey @Bell is there a reason why your customer service department told me I would have to pay for satellite service at my second residence? Why can't I just do this?
