    @Bell_Support Internet down at M1K in Scarborough. Can’t reach support on the phone. Is this an area outage, and if so, is there an ETA for resumption of service?

    Told support I had already unplugged and done all the other troubleshooting steps. Told them the problem was obviously on their end but they kept the part about the WIDESPREAD NETWORK OUTAGE FOR WEEKS, secret from me until just now. @Bell_Support treats customers terribly.
