    @Bell I have issue with speed, Cus agent defending without understanding my concern . Just reading the script and suggestion. 1.5Gbps plan getting 85, 150,260 mbps.Less than 20%.She told this is what I can assist. Poor customer support.

    The irony is the @Bell has the worst long distance plan of any Canadian carrier. "Long distance? Who still does that?" I hear you say. @Rogers offers 1000 minutes to the U.S. for $5/mo. @Bell starts at $30/mo for the bare minimum

    @DannieD2112 @Bell_Support Always unplug for a min then plug back in, that usually fixes a lot of issues, other problem you have its Bell. lol
