@Bell_Support before i get my parents on the phone for their account/tech service, I keep getting '2wire modem phasing out' notices on my laptop; im part of their network. is the intention from Bell to get us to acquire a new modem/router? thx 4 reply

Not even 2 months with @bell and it has been a headache dealing with the customer service and billing. Nobody has the time or patience to deal with 2+ hour conversations on a regular basis. Please spare me the horror!!
