    Hey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

    @Bell_Support I cancelled me mobility services within 2 days of having the network and I keep getting email reminders to pay the full $90 balance? What’s up with that. Why hadn’t a new bill generated with the correct amount.

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell you’re new set up for your customer service line is horrible! Too many prompts to get to speak to someone, scrap it.

    We were to have a @Bell tech come to our house today to hook up our wifi. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

    @its_gooseyy @Bell @Bell_Support They’ve been lying to me all week - no phone service. They keep saying it will be fixed - now it’s today by 10pm. A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Can’t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.

    @RogersHelps the amount of poor reps taking calls and lying with promos. Telling me the bill will be high and will balance the next month. It’s worth to payout the penalty and go to @Bell since they just came to my door!$85 internet & TV

    Dear @bell and @TSN_Sports since i pay for your appi expected it to work, Why buy exclusice rights if you are not good enough to stream it properly Had to watch the games in spanish because you are not able to do the job. #fifaworldcup Your app DOESNT WORK!

    I’m so over @Bell @Bell_Support lately the wifi has been automatically switching to data in my bedroom! Your wifi sucks! Even when it switches to data it’s slower than cruise ship satellite wifi!
