@Rogers @Bell @TELUS Why are you refusing to provide subway cell service here in Toronro? How much longer will you remain spineless and arrogant?

@Bell_Support I just did, and was told to contact tech support. I'm trying to use your chat but clearly the connection you're providing isn't stable enough. I don't have time to call right now and walk through 'resetting my modem'.🙄 I guess this is my problem until I can find time to do that.

Idiot Bell Fibe installer chose to idle and block a stop sign. When he finally moved on after two requests, he moved to block the left lane beside another of their trucks parked under a fire lane sign. (There are 3 open parking spot 2 m off the lane.) @Bell this is your issue.

Dear @Bell /@Bell_Support Today was the first day in my 36 years of being alive that I struggled to switch from paper to email billing. It's ridiculous how outdated your "help" section is. Can you do me the favor and help me switch to email billing? Please and thank you 🙄

@RdKean @Bell I'd argue that this is literally false advertising. High speeds do not mean low latency, those are two entirely different things. Not to mention games use so little bandwidth you'd still have no problems playing practically anything on a 20/5 aDSL connection.

@LuckyMobileCan @Bell Your lucky mobile agent disconnected the line on me once I asked to speak to a manager. This is not the first time your agents have been rude on the phone. All I’m trying to do is transfer a sim.

My #customercare experience with @BellAliant continues to be abysmal. It's so painful to contact their customer support. @Bell You could definitely learn a thing or two about customer satisfaction.

@Bell Ya that’d be great if @Bell internet wasn’t out 3 times with service interruptions since we switched end of December, so far you have proven to be even less reliable than Rogers. Stop giving us 50G of free data and make my damn internet work properly. I better see a bill credit!
