Need to watch sports on TSN with Bell? Good luck. Prepare to wait since their website won't allow you to add it. It used to but they've had this glitch for more than 2 months. Not fixed. Be prepared to wait on hold with customer service before you get access. @Bell @TSN_Sports

@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell We’ve had nothing but trouble with BELL. Goes out every few days. Half the time doesn’t reach certain rooms in the house. They’ve lied to us for years and told us we had fibre optics, the last tech that came confirmed we don’t and it’s not even available in our area

@JulietHodg @Bell Juliet is bang on Bell . Your administration service is the worst I have ever experienced, you want customers to pay and threaten them to cut off service,but when an error occurs on your behalf and the customer calls for an explanation is a joke.

@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell Last week for example our wifi and cable which are both connected went out Friday morning at 8. We could get a connection for 3 mins maybe then it would disconnect for 5mins for 2.5 days. They didn’t send a tech out until Sunday! Dude confirmed there was a problem with a box

@kfmdawe99 @Bell I got their gigabit internet and I'm supposed to be getting minimum 500mb down, $120. I can only get 100mb if I'm lucky and that's with Ethernet

@Bell_Support after calling twice last night and being on chat for 10mins and now 30 mins on the phone still waiting for my internet to go back up. Reminded of cx service standards 10yrs ago. Have not experienced this with any provider in the last 5yrs in Canada. POOR.
