    @Bell_Support Reset the modem twice and still cannot get internet up. Any concerns with service at L1J area.

    Avoid @Bell at all costs. I cannot stress this enough. They lie to their customers and have zero customer service. I will never recommend them anyone and will make sure my friends and family know to cancel and go elsewhere.

    Bell it’s time to fix your mobility tower in Laniel QC. Support tickets created and no action. Reported a year ago Download speeds are awful and calls are being dropped. Not only is this poor service it is a public safety issue as 911 calls could be affected. @Bell_Support @Bell
