Yearly reminder that #BellLetsTalk is all talk and @bell treats its employees like garbage, be they on air or in the call center, and profits from incarcerated people. They paint over their practices with this superficial PR.

I just received a call from @Bell to retain me as a client. I switched to a new internet provider with faster speeds and gave that as the reason for canceling my service. No "thank you for your time", just a hang up of the call. I don't think I will sign up for a lindline.

DM's to @Bell_Support on this platform resolved nothing. The lack of compassion and understanding by Bell staff plus the inability to speak with anyone at Bell that would take an interest in the problem was very frustrating.

@Bell we are 40+ year customers & want to upgrade to fibe. Your technicians have been denied access to utility pole 3x by an unknown neighbour. Now looking elsewhere for cell, internet, tv bundles. Are you going to fix this @bell or 👋?

I have three things to say on this #BellLetsTalk Day: 1. I live with PTSD, depression & panic attacks. In 2018, I wanted to die, and I got help; now, I take pills and go to therapy to make it to another day. 2. If any of that sounds like you, you're not alone. 3. @Bell Do better.

@Bell_Support L6S area in Brampton. Older area with max 100mb sucks. Already been told there’s nothing to be done until an upgrade to the area. Pretty unfortunate.
