    Experiencing poor cell phone reception from last few months... @Bell suggested change your sim did that.. no progress. I was told that IT specialist will call within 5 business day. So, today is day10 still waiting to hear back!!! @Bell_Support @Bell

    @MrSeventy8 @Bell_Support I’m willing to be ok with mistakes happening. I get it. What I don’t get, is having to explain the problem to two Bell employees who couldn’t just look at it and come to the only conclusion that makes any sense. I insist that I paid that last bill for $0 on time.

    For generations, @bell overcharged customers for telephone services under a protected monopoly. They've made so much money that the @CRTCeng once ordered them to refund their entire customer base for a month's service.
