Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • feraluniverse rob feral (@feraluniverse) reported

📢 CANADA TWEEPS: PSA If you have cell service with @Bell @Bell_Support your phone "may" be showing the time as 1 hour behind/late this morning! There's nothing about it on @Bell_Support, because the one customer service rep has slept in. Get it together Bell. #Bell

  • tjerrian taichara (@tjerrian) reported

@SeoulShakin @Bell Check your location under "Select time zone" -- I was baffled this morning when it said Atlantic Time, no daylight savings, then realized it said Blanc-Sablon. A spot in /Quebec/ that uses AT, but never daylight savings. If it's different, switch it to Halifax. Worked for me.

  • miravperry Mira Victoria Perry (@miravperry) reported

@RakeshActuary @Bell Didn’t even occur to me that the problem was #Bell- was assuming #apple! Yikes!

  • JoshCarreiro Josh C (@JoshCarreiro) reported

@Bell_Support So, you guys going to reimburse people for being late/missing work? Instead I’ll likely see a $3 increase on my bill “to maintain the highest standard of service.”

  • Amhranaiocht Heather (@Amhranaiocht) reported

Double check your phones this morning. Ours both changed the time from GMT+4 to GMT+5 this morning, randomly. Android problem or something for @Bell_Support ?

  • zach02rules Zachary Bourgeois (@zach02rules) reported

@Bell_Support Was late because of that.... get your **** together.

  • DeterNET Chris Detering (@DeterNET) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

  • TonyMonaco Tony Monaco (@TonyMonaco) reported

@Alessandra8484 @Bell Go into settings and adjust on your own. Go to General Management then Date and Time. Take the automatic off and set the proper time. Bell said "Our teams are investigating the situation in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."

  • eric_periard Eric S. Periard (@eric_periard) reported

@DerbySk8r_Sorta @BCOz70 @Bell_Support In the time SPRINGS up and FALLS down...

  • MikeHendley Mike Hendley (@MikeHendley) reported

Three of the four @Apple iPhones in our house decided the time change was this morning. I believe the issue lies with @Bell.
