Your loyalty cancellation team got it down to $218 a month (citing no promos during covid, which is weird) but that's still $50 more. Y'all forcing me to shop around even though I love bell.

How a communication company can't manage phone calls..... or train/supervise their employee. Ask for a supervisor, 50% they say they don't have 1, 20% i can't transfer due to covid , 20% will hung up...
