We’re not impressed with @Bell today. @smuh35’s parents have now wasted 2 days waiting for install techs to show up. Bell sold a deal to the building, all the condos are getting it, but the communication has been awful. 1/

How is it possible that @Rogers streaming of Ignite is more LIVE than the actual Ignite boxes themselves? The slowness makes me wish I never got rid of my Nextbox's which is 25 full seconds ahead of Ignite. I wonder if @Bell Fibe is this bad. At least they have a Google TV app.

@Bell_Support @johnnynotgood I truly don't think you are sorry since you have the most garbage products in the game that do little more than cost people alot for very little. We live in an area where we are stuck with you and can't wait for the day someone gets real internet out here not this junk. No fiber?

@Bell no hockey game is over is 2 hr 30 min. Can you adjust that in your guide to record???? Missed the last 2 min . So stupid!!! I know if you set it up ahead of time you can record extra time, but not during. Please fix

@Bell_Support Thank you. Tagging @smuh35, it’s her nearly-90-year-old parents and she will contact you on their behalf. We have already talked to your support on the phone and that didn’t work out so well… hopefully it’s different the next time around.
