They just make it look like they care, and I'm DMs it's just more avoiding responsibility or having to actually do anything to help. Enjoy your paycheck, you surely didn't earn it.

Service overall very poor, now day 5. 2hrs with your support teams so far to be told "escalated, reply in 5 days". Not good enuff
