    Been chatting with @Bell ...... I’ve called 6 times, they have called me once. Still no help on my bill. Totally frustrated when trying to be a loyal customer!

    @Bell_Support Still nothing...you get about 10 seconds of the program, it freezes and goes to the "blue screen" saying that the signal is list. We have done everything on our end and nothing works.
