@Bell Except when you cancel a service. That “can only be done by telephone” so they make you wait and wait and then, as a condition, you have to speak to a “loyalty specialist” who tries to sell you what you just canceled for a lower price and just won’t let go. It’s the worst.

@Bell my elderly aunt has services installed Monday, they all died an hour later (phone, internet, tv). Every day we tried calling and kept getting promised and reassured that the next day a technician will come to fix it. It's been 4 days and still no one.Shame for abandoning us

@Bell What “Live” support? Talking to an automated recording does not count as “live support,” and your eChat is horrible. Your service is going down the tubes. How many live employees have you laid off to support this degradation in service?

@krellomat @Bell Don't even try to consolidate accounts. You can't even do it in one place. Again, you need to call them. Sometimes you just have to give up and save your sanity. Let them bill separately. More work for @Bell and more paper to shred. No problem.
