Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RaceRL_ race (@RaceRL_) reported

    @Liefx @Rogers @Bell I need to switch man it’s so bad

  • asweeting Andrew Sweeting (@asweeting) reported

    Then today I received a bill for the Fibe Tv app. For the internet service that is not installed. The lack of information from @Bell is astonishing. If I was an existing customer and my fibre cable was broken, is this the level of service I should expect?

  • phearns4 Peter (@phearns4) reported

    @Bell_Support Unfortunately they are spoofed calls and continue to occur. @Bell_Support @Bell - So far I’ve had nine callers in one hour. Being on the “No Call” list does not help with this type of garbage.

  • y_sondhi YSondhi (@y_sondhi) reported

    @Bell_Support Can the Fiber Toronto dispatch team call me? I'm caught in a groundhog day loop as 6 tech have been sent to my home address for an issue that is happening at a junction box for 5 days. Their escal tickets don't go through so a new dispatch order gets auto generated.

  • shelbyshaw_ shelby ☼ (@shelbyshaw_) reported

    @Bell_Support no outage reported for my postal code yet I’ve been without internet since Dec 23. Earliest time a tech will get to me is Jan 5 but don’t worry we’re listed as “priority”. 140$ a month for this is mental.

    How unfair is it that Canadians can't watch the WOOOOOO! BECOMING @RicFlairNatrBoy Documentary on the @WWENetwork ? Besides the disappointing PLE's WTF is it good for?! @Bell #wwenetwork #WWE

  • NickEl82710606 NickEl ✊🏳️‍🌈 (@NickEl82710606) reported

    @Bell not only are you gouging customers with a price increase, you're causing damage to their hearing when they call in about it! Provide your call centres with better equipment or setups. My ears are ringing.

  • Clyde_1957 Peter S. Toronto (@Clyde_1957) reported

    @Bell_Support Is Bell still having issues with pre-authorized bill payments in Ontario? My account (VISA) was not charged yesterday. Your CHAT service indicated a systems wide problem at around 10 am.

  • Steve618 Steven Wong (@Steve618) reported

    @kevineproulx @Bell @Bell_Support And still receiving the same poor service. 😞

  • _rappy _rappy (@_rappy) reported

    So they consider sending out a technician to fix a copper wire problem a waste of their time. A technician was already on his way, had called to say he's half an hour away, and then @bell cancelled the goddamn service call and told us we'd have to switch to fiberoptics.
