@TekSavvyCSR so this going to sound incredibly strange but I read @peternowak article. I also found out my condo complex is moving to @bell. If I have to cancel the service, is there a way to donate to your legal fight for #paylesstoconnect?

  • jazcan Tracey Hamilton (@jazcan) reported

@Bell_Support @CastleRogue No matter how many times I put these emails into ‘junk’ ! they continue to increase. The email addresses change so blocking does nothing. BELL needs to use the same filters that gmail uses since I never have this problem with them! I also rarely use my bell/sympatico email.

@Bell Yo **** you guys. My mom and I pay for one your top internets, I wire my Xbox to my router, and I still lag out at least once a day. Had someone come by and change our router and it STILL LAGS

  • Uncle_Freshton Justin Carriere (@Uncle_Freshton) reported

@Bell_Support do u have a network outage? Data hasn’t been working for hours

  • ProspectArk Ark (@ProspectArk) reported

@bell is the worst ******* internet in toronto, i dont pay $300/month for my internet to turn off every 5 minutes. and even when it does connect it is nowhere near the 1.5gbps as advertised.

  • jj_spider J_M (@jj_spider) reported

Yo @Bell, I tried placing an order for mobile service on the 23rd of December, I've spoken to over a dozen people at this point and all anyone can tell me is the order wasn't processed (although one guy said it was all good). Several people disconnected me. Who do I call?

  • chandlershelley Shelley Chandler (@chandlershelley) reported

@Bell_Support are there connectivity issues with the mobility networks?

  • MMartynMusic Michael Martyn (@MMartynMusic) reported

None of which I am even mad about anymore. Congrats @bell: you have successfully conditioned me to accept incredibly crappy customer service. Bear in mind the individuals themselves are generally fine; it is the systems and scripts, jargon and jingoism that is so frustrating.

  • MMartynMusic Michael Martyn (@MMartynMusic) reported

So, @bell, if anyone there happens to see this, your survey machine is broken and I think you do that deliberately so that you can report that you are seeking feedback while actually delivering squat.

  • CapitalJen77 Jen (@CapitalJen77) reported

@Bell_Support what gives you the right to charge astronomical prices for your crappy internet service. Last house it was old wires causing the problem. Brand new home and same connectivity issues? What gives? Tell me why I should stay, & not go to @rogers
