@Bell You idiots can’t upgrade your website to be functioning in the 21st century? You’re an internet provider with a slow *** website. Rogers is the same. They don’t give af about anything except profits. Gonna slap the **** out of the next person I hear say “Bell let’s talk”

  • Rootbrian_ Rootbrian's updates, rational thoughts & opinions (@Rootbrian_) reported

@Bell Buying a router and configuring it in access point (AP) mode solves this problem altogether. Only issue is: if you intend to disable the wireless LAN on the home/gigahub, you will either have to (carefully) disassemble and unplug the wireless antennas, or cage it.

  • Lib_Techie Alison (@Lib_Techie) reported

Home phone not working call to get it repaired and told I can’t unless I change type of service. This was not communicated. Told if I hadn’t switched my service would just be discontinued. Had a traditional landline for a reason and change was not communicated @bell @bell_support

  • PoizenJam PoizenJam (@PoizenJam) reported

@bell: We can offer you a $10 cheaper plan if you upgrade your phone now! Also @bell: the new plan voids an existing $15 service bundling credit you've been receiving for 2 years, but we won't tell you this during the upgrade process. Net change: $5/month *MORE* than expected.

  • anmalyk Aimee N (@anmalyk) reported

@Bell no big surprise my internet is out again. Every day it's either super slow or doesn't work. I think it's the rain today. I've already had a tech come and 'fix' it once 🙄. So sick of paying $$$ for bad service

  • Suppy86 Sean Uppy (@Suppy86) reported

@Bell Nope! Frustrated by 3 telecommunications companies charging 300X more than the rest of the planet for the same service

  • MauriceUzan Maurice Uzan (@MauriceUzan) reported

@Bell_Support I have spoken to your cs everyday for 10 days and still no service and no idea when will be fixed… not way to treat commercial client

  • TechisDusty Dusty (@TechisDusty) reported

Nothing like paying full price for internet @Bell and having no service for 5 hours now!

  • Brad_NFK Brad (@Brad_NFK) reported

@Bell Probably the worst internet provider ever, absolute junk, and ridiculous prices for a lackluster service
