@ryangerritsen @Bell Last time I converted to Rogers, a senior sales guy called and I told him that I wasn't doing this every 2 years. He called me a "loyal customer" and it would be locked in except for standard increase. Gone up about $20 in 7 years. And I don't have to " threaten' them anymore

@JFN1971 I hang up as soon as I hear them! So think about that @Bell @TELUS and whoever else thinks they are saving money by going offshore.

@TerryHethering9 Yep I cancelled about 20 years ago. Cable/internet package, it was unlimited. Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell

How can I file an official complain about @Bell_Support @Bell on the serious problem I have with their service that has not been resolved for YEARS! It’s so sad to see that a company claims that they provide the best service ….. and does this to the customers

@sammygurus If past performance is any indication, I should get it sometime in April. If I'm lucky.🙄 Never did get the December update, jumped straight to January. In the first week of February. #S23Plus @SamsungCanada @Bell

@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

@CTVNews Oh FFS, come on CTV, tell the damn truth in your byline. They were Hezbollah, not journalists. The damn Canadian MSM has not been a reliable source for truth. @BellMediaPR @Bell makes one not want to deal with Bell as a company. Might be time to switch.
