I just got yet another phone call from the collections department at @bell threatening to disconnect my service. I told them (for the 3rd time) that they haven't received payment yet because the account belonged to my mom who died in April. I took over the account a week ago.

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Switched from Rogers to Bell 2 yrs. ago. It was a nightmare at first, finally got all sorted. (Fingers crossed). They are both so awful that I can't recommend one over the other.

  • JanashJsha Janas Visvanathan (@JanashJsha) reported

@Bell🐢 response to bad call issues has been disappointing. I had good service before, but moving to a new connection has been rough. No real @Bell_Support from technicians. Not recommending for now might be better to try other carriers for faster service.

  • hs1964 Harold Seidel (@hs1964) reported

@Rogers I called your support line to set up a move and apparently you have too many calls and I have to call back. What kind of customer service is that? I will now call @Bell to see if they want my business.

One thing I learned from travelling coast to coast this summer is that @Bell totally sucks!!

Has SpongeBob Squarepants been completely removed on Canadian TV? YTV and the Cartoon Network were the only two after Nick went off the air yesterday ... and now I don't see SpongeBob anywhere in the program listings. What is going on here, @Bell? I pay over $300/m for this?

  • toddbarclay37 todd barclay (@toddbarclay37) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell I could have warned you that Bell was and still is the absolute worst.

  • forbes416 Jmini45 (@forbes416) reported

@OverDrive1050 With commercials, the show is now an hour and a half long. @TSN_Sports @Bell your network is a joke. These guys still wfh.. covid was over years ago. Instead of listening to the fans feedback, you just go backwards and make things worse. I think im done with this network.

  • yogesh_gajipara Yogesh Patel (@yogesh_gajipara) reported

I love my Bell 1.5 Gbps plan, but moving to a new place where Bell only offers 100 Mbps. Not enough for my needs. Bell is charging me $315 to cancel early, even though service isn’t available. Hoping @Bell can waive this fee. #BellCanada
