    @toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell

    Hi @Bell_Support is internet/wifi going to restored and if so when to 75/95 Havenbrook and 5 Parkway Forest Drive, Toronto. All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!

    @Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and there’s no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
