@JudithAMcGrath1 @ChrisDPOMAY @Bell_Support It’s 9:23am on Wednesday and our Bell Fibe just went down too. Probably just a temporary glitch. Systems are rebooting everywhere. Hiccups like this are bound to occur for hours or even days afterward. Patience, grasshopper. Patience!

@Bell_Support @cindyintoronto In the Bell Support que (again) and waiting. Was told last night no issue with outage and it was my modem...needed to replace. Said I didn't believe it was problem but replaced. Still nothing - no phone, Internet, tv

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@Bell_Support My Bell Fibe receiver all stopped working a few weeks ago. I've been using the app and I will be calling for another refund soon if you don't fix them. Your Fibe TV system is very broken. Bell can't keep their main TV service working for more than a week at a time in the GTA.

  • VHamburder Chia Pet: Auston Matthews Moustache (@VHamburder) reported

@Bell_Support The reboot option is gone from the settings menu. Infact im not allowed to select any of the trouble shooting tools. I get shows but have to enter the default parental code periodically or whenever I change channels.

@Bell_Support Bell really did a bad job with such a massive outage yesterday. There is no excuse for not putting information out there sooner on social media letting your customers know what the heck was going on. Amateur hour. Do better Bell.
