And still no service, still no updates, still no accountability from #Bell. It seems that @Bell_Support doesn't keep customers informed unless bad publicity forces them to act. Industry Minister @FP_Champagne should remain focused on this industry. There's much more to be fixed.

I get harassed daily by scam calls, tried reasoning with my service provider @Bell_Support and they tell me there is a fee of $50! #BetweenRogersAndBellIDontKnowWhatOneIsWorse

@Bell I had great wireless internet you guys canceled the service without notice…then I got another wireless internet that is so slow it’s like dail up here in Caledon we don’t even use it and I ordered these pods which don’t help at all..a 25 year old customer very disappointed #bell

Spent 2 hours on the phone resolving a contract issue overpriced only to be placed on hold for 40 minutes before getting disconnected. Next steps @Bell CRTC will be reaching out

@Bell_Support My Fibe has been down all day. Customer service says there is an outage in Mississauga and to check here for outage updates. You haven't updated anything in days. No info on #Bell website outage check either. So how are we supposed to know what is happening?
