@Bell_Support my Wi-Fi outage Started at noon yesterday. I was told it will be fixed by 9 pm and then I was told 2 pm the following day. It’s now been well over 24 hours and now I’m being told 6pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. What exactly am I paying you for?

as someone who used to work for Bell Mobility, you'd think i'd know better than to switch back. But that mail offer was too good to pass up, lesson learned I guess, nothing but a headache since day one. Theres no way they'll take ownership and fix it either. @Bell_Support

@KhushaliK @Bell_Support They are ridiculous. My internet is out in the Toronto area as well. I called them and they say it’ll hopefully be back at 8pm tonight… Like I work from home, I need the internet to work right now. The service is garbage. Once this billing cycle is done, I’m leaving Bell
