@Bell your customer service for mobility is the worst I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks of calling and still not able to get it done. And have requested a manager call, which apparently takes 24 hours for a call back. #garbageservice

@Rogers . I spent 45 mins with retentions yesterday, was about to close a deal then they hung up on me. Nobody called back. I called again, the new retentions agent just mansplained why I couldn't have the deal I was about to close with the first agent. Today I woke up an @Bell customer.

Hey @Bell just talked with customer support and found out I was able to save $75 a month on my wireless bill. Surprised to learn I was eligible for this discount for over a year but it wasn’t applied. What happens to the approximately $900 I overpaid in the last year? #Bell

@Bell_Support I was promised a chromecast when I signed up for your service well over a year ago. Never got it. I’ll hold my breath this time around though…

@Rogers . Upside, because it IS a huge hassle to quit you, @Bell offered a deal with more service I wanted for about half the price for 2 years. They were VERY understanding. I felt valued, not talked down to.

@Bell Today I had to reset everything because the 2.4G network refused to connect. Maybe instead of trying to make more money fix your current service.

Who still pay for T.V. subscription @Bell_Support @Videotron , you basically pay to consume ads, while you can pay premium service on #youtube or #netflix for no ads..

@Bell Thank you for raising your satellite prices without notification to your customers. Yet another shady move from a Canadian telecom company. Time to cancel Bell.
