@RonStoneman7 @Bell @Bell_Support Ontario. -_- And they said Roger's was bad because of the blackout they just had. So I swapped to Bell and instead of a blackout it's just no internet -_-

  • KarinLundberg6 Karin Lundberg (@KarinLundberg6) reported

@Bell very happy to have added my cellphone to my Bell services. Great customer service over the last few days.

  • skib00ts Brandon Coutts (@skib00ts) reported

@plkatv @Bell @Bell_Support large isp’s are the ******* worst. especially when their support just gives you the work around hoping you give up. Soooo so infuriating

  • AllyeeM Allyee Mulvihill (@AllyeeM) reported

Find it really ironic I'm at festival sponsored by bell but there's no bell data service... @Bell

@FF_MuTeX @Bell That sucks, but it seems like everything breaks your heart

  • khilroy Kameron Hilroy (@khilroy) reported

@TekSavvyCSR can a manager please look into the steps already taken by Bell to fix inet out since Aug 5? It’s like Groundhog’s Day everytime someone new shows up and tells me the same story/solution. @Bell_Support said you can ensure the proper tech is booked.

  • farhaanginwala Farhaan Ginwala (@farhaanginwala) reported

@Bell_Support Been trying to get in touch with your customer care on call from last 45 minutes. No one is coming on the call except endless waiting. This is really sad. Even callback option calls you immediately and puts you in waiting. No idea how we customers can speak to you.

  • plkatv Plka (@plkatv) reported

Sigh Canadian Internet is absolutely the worst... @Bell @Bell_Support Have had no internet to stream/play for 2 weeks because apparently their case managers can only "email" their engineers to fix the line outside of my house. They can give no ETA. Do they NOT HAVE PHONES IN 2022

  • JenMoore70 Jen Moore (@JenMoore70) reported

@Bell Would be nice if Bell invested in fiber optic in rural areas. We can't even get the LTE service (Internet signal from a tower) or a reliable cell signal for phone calls 1 hr East of Toronto in Northumberland County.

  • Fred4everM Jen McLean (@Fred4everM) reported

@JohnHaleCrimLaw @Bell @TELUS They really are cut off as very few people have landlines anymore. It is very damaging to leave human beings without a support system.
