  • OriginalKanator K-Anator (@OriginalKanator) reported

**** @Bell and their prepaid proration and the fact they don't give CSRs the ability to change the anniversary date. You just made @LuckyMobileCan a new customer.

  • AnyaRalani ANYA (@AnyaRalani) reported

@Bell customer service is awful. Tell me why the CS rep on the phone just said we were "trying to be smart with them"... that's the worst way to respond to a frustrated customer.

  • getJGoutofhere JG (@getJGoutofhere) reported

@Bell_Support Your service is still an overpriced heap of ****

  • MISCHIEF416 MISCHIEF (@MISCHIEF416) reported

@bell your phone service is great but your customer service doesn’t match. Worse experience I had tonight when your employee would rather me end my services. Then to help fix the problem. After tonight I will not be recommending bell to anyone.

  • american19 Stully (@american19) reported

@Bell_Support At 7:06am was emailed saying internet was down. Received an email at 2:30pm saying internet had been restored. As of 2:41pm the internet has not resumed. Please fix !

  • CristianSTANG13 Cristian Stangherlin (@CristianSTANG13) reported

@Bell_Support If you could fix your 5g/ LTE that would help a lot.

  • TBE_Justin Justin (@TBE_Justin) reported

@Bell Your service is absolute garbage. Constant internet issues. I had the call in 8 times in one damn day… It’s sad our country only has 2 options really which is your trash or Rogers trash. Probably gonna switch to Rogers trash at this point. SMFH

  • MulkiShailesh Shailesh N. Mulki (@MulkiShailesh) reported

@Bell_Support outage in Oakville for home internet? When will it be restored

  • frosty_70 richard frost (@frosty_70) reported

@Bell What a load of crap and don’t get started on those pods, they are absolute crap, complete waste of money

  • asbest0s asbest0s (@asbest0s) reported

When are @Bell_Support or @startca going to offer residential fibre in downtown #ldnont? You’d think with their physical stations near/in the core this would be yesterday’s news. Appears they are OK with letting @Rogers have all the gigabit service money.
