    @Bell_Support just had your fiber optic internet installed two days ago and it's not working in Ottawa. I would have just stayed with Rogers had I know your internet would do this.

    @Bell_Support Some customers you say? lol it's a whole block in the St. Dennis Area. At least tell us if it takes a week we won't judge just don't tell us it will be back by 10pm everyday and yes I've talked to support many times with the same scripted responses. Do better.

    @Bell @BellMediaPR So I just got an email from Bell telling me that our existing internet outage that is a direct result of Hurricane Fiona. So they must use the same infrastructure as @nspowerinc . #arethesepeopleforreal

    @Bell Your wi-fi should already be capable of covering an entire house. This looks like a money-grab to me. As if internet and cell service in Canada isn’t expensive enough.

    @Bell my business line is down and I was told by your service department that you no longer repair landline during weekends. Can you tell me how am I supposed to operate my business if no one can dial in?

    @G5Rovic @Bell_Support And found that another technician in the process of fixing the outage in the area disconnected my internet. Shouldn't I be compensated for this mistake @Bell_Support ?
