@Bell for 3 weeks my business phone line has been down, ever since we had to switch from copper to fibre. 5 technicians have come and gone without fixing my issues. Not to mention breaking light fixtures and forgetting equipment. This is terrible customer service

I’d really love to know why my @Bell network has been complete *** for data lately. Like I switched to bell so I had reliable service and service outside of the city, and the last few weeks it’s been complete *** horrible.😭😭😭 @Bell_Support

@jpappone @Bell Yup...spent 45 or 50 min on phone with Bell the other day... and then they have the gall to both call and email "satisfaction surveys " after. And no; "service like sitting In vinegar with hemorrhoids " wasn't on pick list,u fortunately
