    @bell @Bell_Support I am on Phone call number 5 and have bell support in my dms and no one has been able to remove the charges that you added to my account

  • Chefrust Rusty Thienes (@Chefrust) reported

    @Bell y'all need to get your network figured out for time change. As in we don't have any here in SK, yet your network rolled my clock forward anyways?? Seems pretty basic, especially when the rest of the country will be following our suit soon enough. #figureitout

  • tmarikano African Jedi 🇿🇼🇨🇦 (@tmarikano) reported

    @Bell_Support @bell increased my bill from $90 to $175 without notifying me of any changes .. I have called 3 times into customer service and the best they can do is lower it to 127.50 then tell me they will fix it next month. No Customer service hangs up on me..

  • turbos18 armando rodrigues (@turbos18) reported

    @Bell_Support terrible service from bell do not get satellite tv on the phone for 1.5 hours to activate a new card better off with Rogers or iptv

  • PearlJamPat Pat (@PearlJamPat) reported

    @Bell - the phones are great, the network is great but subscribers can’t maximize the benefits with such drastic throttling after 20 GBs! Do you have to throttle quite so dramatically? My service becomes almost unusable after you throttle me! Please lighten up! @Bell_Support

  • Crixzy_ Crixzy (@Crixzy_) reported

    @LG_Melts @Bell @Bell Fix this

  • ThatMattGardner Matt Gardner (@ThatMattGardner) reported

    @Bell_Support I use the network provided time on my phone but yours hadn't yet updated for daylight savings. Is that normal? My first DST with bell. Should I not use network time??

  • LG_Melts LG Melt (@LG_Melts) reported
