Realized that I had cats complaint 3. Told her I was recording call 4. Asked for name&eddy to serve small claims suit. Again no answer

After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers
