Best phone call ever! @Bell_Support loyalty called me, asked how I enjoy bell1. Phone is sent away for warranty- didnt know, 4 months old 2. Realized that I had cats complaint 3. Told her I was recording call 4. Asked for name&eddy to serve small claims suit. Again no answer

@Bell it’s amazingly sad how the difference in service is for existing customers vs customers you’re trying to lure back. Bell Mobility screwing up twice may cost you other products.

@Bell_Support @Hazelxo6 There is an outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) it has been a whole day, I called in the morning and I was told there was an outage. I can see the Bell truck here too. Can we at least get the extra data we get when this happens?

Another thunder storm, and my $300 mth Bell Fibe / Internet by @bell is out again. They know there is a damaged cable in the mix, but are too busy laying fibre in new developments to fix existing infrastructure. Come on @SpaceXStarlink - get me my dish!

@Bell So I just got off the phone with support. Me and others in my building have been having huge internet issues. Speedtest to your Toronto server is 200ms with 2-10Mbps down / 5Mbps up. Kitchener test is good though. Most sites are extremely slow and high latency.

@Bell_Support Do you know when the outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) will be resolved? It has been a whole day and the Bell truck is still outside now even at night. We haven't even gotten the usual extra data we get from Bell mobility when this happens :/

Why is @Bell phones so damn slow these past couple of days?? I'm at the point where if I heard my phone chime a dial up sound it wouldn't surprise me at all #bellphones #dialup
